Christina Hall is determined not to be caught slipping!
The star, who shares a son Hudson with ex-husband Ant Anstead was accused of using their son's face on social media to make money, and this has led to a long, drawn-out legal battle between the pair over full custody of the boy. To avoid any issues that might get her rights to access her son revoked, she kept his face out of her posts even during the holiday celebration.

Taking to her Instagram page, she posted a picture of her family standing in a grass field, huddled close together with huge smiles on their faces. They were dressed in mostly neutral and matching colors to fit the Fall atmosphere, with white shirts over blue jeans for the adults and blue shirts for the kids, with Brayden and Hudson wearing matching tops.
She captioned the post, "What better backdrop for family photos than a beautiful fall-colored field?! This photoshoot was one of my favorites. I love my family ❤️." However, one thing that was very obvious was the huge emoji she placed over the 3-year-old's face to cover it.
Fans will recall that after Anstead accused her of exploiting their son, she decided to stop posting him on her page, and this did not go unnoticed by followers who commented on the unfairness of it all. One user wrote, "How silly that you cannot show your child's picture, but he is putting him on Instagram. Beautiful family," while another noted, "His dad can show his face, but you can't? Ridiculous 🙄😠.”
While some feel he is trying to destroy her name and career while separating her from her baby, the reality TV star seems to have her ideas to explain his behavior. The "Brother vs. Brother" judge believes the problem is "Post-Separation Abuse," which she reposted from an article.
This diagnosis made by Kaitlyn Jorgensen — who believes in "Creating stronger strategies in response to Intimate Partner Violence" — responded to a headline about the mother-of-three's decision to stop posting her son's face because of his father's pressure on her.
"Can we establish something here? This is not an "agreement," she began, adding, "an agreement is something that you enter into voluntarily. However, when your ex-husband sues you, disparages you, or comes for your career, your new marriage, children, family, friends, etc., your element of free will is removed from you. It's like being taken hostage."
Jorgensen noted that mothers going through "Post-Separation Abuse" were not free to make agreements while wishing the press would shed light on that. She concluded by emphasizing that the "Christina on the Coast" star and the TV presenter were not on equal standing as regards the issue but that he was intent on using the Court's power to punish her for "existing outside of him, and for being brave enough to leave him."
'Flip or Flop' Co-host Responds To Ant Anstead's Accusations Amid Custody Battle
The ex-couple have been embroiled in a bitter custody battle since April of this year when the 43-year-old filed an emergency order for full custody because he believed she had put their son in some dangerous situations for monetary gain.
While his request was denied the same day it was filed, documents reviewed by Insider revealed that the estranged couple already shares a 50/50 custody schedule. Anstead declared that granting him full custody was the best way to protect Hudson because he believed she had footage of him and exploited him for paid advertisements without his knowledge or consent.
Hall responded, saying, "I have never exploited our son Hudson. He appeared in a few of my Instagram ads that each took less than minutes to film." She noted that in all the footage she had, he was involved in fun activities for kids his age and nothing else.
The TV star then disclosed that his father was the one who was posting him on social media while "tagging products and businesses" to promote the posts organically. She stated again that since April, the tiny tot had not appeared on "television or on social media," including his father's, till he was old enough to make his own decisions.
In conclusion, she revealed that the "Wheeler Dealers" co-host did not have a problem with their son being filmed, initially calling his recent stand hypocritical.
