Tom Brooks has been one of the most popular names on ’90 Day Fiancé’ as he's appeared on their 'Before The 90 Days' series for two seasons now. His relationship with Darcey Silva was televised as she went to England to try to take things to the next level in their relationship. Things didn't work out at all and the two had a heated breakup as they met up in New York, where they ended things and got everything off their chests.

This all came after Darcey found out that Tom had a new woman back in England. She wanted to address this situation face to face. After the breakup meeting didn't go well, Tom tried to visit her in Connecticut and to give her a letter. Darcey wasn't having it though as she got her sister to throw it in the trash while shutting him down. Now, Tom is revealing in a new interview on The Domenick Nati Show that he was never actually interested in being on the show.

Tom told Domenick that it actually took him getting drunk to actually agree to coming onto the show with Darcey. At first, he was telling Darcey "no" for three months.
“I got so drunk on a Friday night and I rang her and we were talking. And I think that was my audition. But I don’t remember much of it. All I remember is someone walking past the screen with a potbelly and I was making fun of it. And a guy with a beard I was making fun of how long his beard was. That’s it. And just like that, Tom made it past the first round of auditions."

Tom went on to explain that he did end up getting accepted and how shocked he was even with everything that happened that Friday night.
“And then the second time again, it was another Friday night and I was drunk. And I was talking to people. But the time difference, it was the morning [for them] and I didn’t know what I was saying. And the next thing I know, I’ve been accepted on the show and I was like, ‘What show are you talking about?’”

What's even more shocking was that Tom added how he didn't know how the show operated or what it was about in general. This was because he didn't want to "cloud his judgment about who Darcey was as a person.” He said that he didn't know the process of getting married along with getting a green card was part of the show either.
“I wanted to do it. It was someone that I wanted to meet. I understand that 90 Day Fiancé was all about getting married. I thought Before the 90 Days was where you go and meet someone and see what they’re like and then if you liked them you’d probably go onto 90 Day Fiancé and get married. I didn’t realize the concept to start with. But obviously I did after a week."
Tom appeared on the recent Tell-All and he tried to flirt with Avery Warner and Stephanie Matto as well. It appears that his relationship with Darcey definitely ran its course and he just wanted to have fun with being on ’90 Day Fiancé.'
