Just weeks after the country singer confirmed his engagement to a younger Australian singer following months of speculations, Tish has decided to unveil her man in the most unlikely way!
Tish Cyrus Seemingly Confirms New Romance After Divorce
Over the weekend, the 55-year-old updated her 1.2 million followers on Instagram about her the Thanksgiving weekend went. Given that the holiday coincided with her daughter Miley Cyrus’ 30th birthday, the famous matriarch took fans along on a ride of how the celebration went.
The successful talent manager posted a Polaroid picture she and her daughter Brandi Cyrus took at Miley’s birthday party, as well as other images with other prominent faces who were present. However, among the carousel was an eyebrow-raising image seemingly suggesting that Tish was in a relationship.
The picture showed the “Cyrus vs. Cyrus: Design and Conquer” star outdoors, in what looked like a beachfront, sitting at the edge of an infinity pool while in the warm embrace of a bulky man. Both Tish and her love interest backed the camera and stared off into the dreamy sunset of breathtaking views and palm trees — their hands never leaving each other’s bodies.
The mother-of-five had her arms placed on the lower back of her man while he pulled her close into him. They looked as though they were engaging in a steamy lip-locking session. What’s more? Both Tish and her lover twinned in casual white outfits. “The Last Song” actress opted for a white crop tube top with jeans while he rocked a simple white t-shirt and a face cap.
Tish, however, did her fans a huge favor by not hiding the mystery man’s name even though she concealed his face. Alongside the image, she tagged actor Dominic Purcell’s handle and added a red love emoji next to his name. She also credited photographer Vijat M for taking the “cute photo.”
For those who might not know, Purcell is known for playing the role of Lincoln Burrows, one of the two protagonists in the critically acclaimed series, “Prison Break.” The English actor has often kept a low profile in his romantic relationships. He was previously married to Rebecca Williamson for 10 years, during which they welcomed four children.
He also dated “90210” actress AnnaLynne McCord on and off for seven years before they eventually called it quits in 2018. It is worth noting that this is Tish’s first known romantic relationship since her divorce from Billy in April 2022.

The timing of Tish’s unveiling of her lover is interesting as it comes just weeks after her ex-husband finally confirmed to the world that he got engaged barely six months after their marriage dissolved.
As The Blast reported, the “Old Town Road” singer, in an interview, gushed about the love he shares with his lover Firerose, who is also a fellow artist. He opened up about their relationship before getting engaged, saying they have known each other for over 12 years after meeting on the set of “Hannah Montana.”
Billy explained that he and Firerose were first musical friends before their romance evolved into something more when she was by his side during his divorce from Tish.
In his words, “We began sharing music, and it just evolved,” to which Firerose, who joined her man in the interview, replied, “Billy confided in me a lot of what was going on in his life. I was just the best friend I could possibly be, supporting him.”
The “Achy Breaky Heart” singer described his fiancée as a “light,” saying, “At the same time, Firerose, who had been such a light of positivity, such a best friend. And then when we began sharing the music, it just evolved more into, as musical soulmates, to soulmates, happy, pure love that to me, I didn’t know could exist.”
The new lovebirds got engaged in August without any fanfare around it, with Billy just asking Firerose if she wanted to marry him. It wasn’t until September that she handpicked her huge diamond ring, which she has been flaunting all over social media.
