Larsa Pippen has been rolling down those gym shorts – this time, to send her 1.9 million Instagram followers "lots of love." The 45-year-old reality star and ex to NBA icon Scottie Pippen updated her account on Monday with a mind-blowing reminder of why Larsa Pippen Fitness exists – Larsa kicked her fitness plans off last month, with today's gym-honed selfie delivering the ripped body behind the brand. In fact, a hashtag mentioning the former "Real Housewives of Miami" star's new gig was used in the caption.

Larsa – who has been told she looks 21 – appeared in the below snap, seen from her L.A. mansion and solo as she posed in selfie mode while offering quite the view. Larsa had gone super-skimpy in the effortlessly-stylish manner that's her standard – the mom of four whose social circle includes reality star Kim Kardashian is a regular influencer for clothing brand Pretty Little Thing.

Seen in teeny tiny blue gym shorts rolled-down for an an ab-flashing finish, Larsa also rocked a black sports bra, workout gloves, and dark sneakers. Little in the way of underwear appeared to manifest as the blonde flashed some booty cheek and knocked the camera dead with her hip flexor muscles also on show.

A caption from Larsa read: "Posted my workout on #larsapippenfitness. Sending u lots of love ❤️." Together with the photo, the star clocked herself over 12,000 likes in 30 minutes, also bringing in a giant wave of comments. "OMG" was all one fan could manage, with a more put-together user replying: "Likewise baby momma ????????." The "love" messages are regular from Larsa, although recent riots and unrest in the U.S. amid the murder of black man George Floyd may well have been behind the gentle caption. Larsa took to Instagram on May 29 to address Black Lives Matter and weigh in on her own status raising four children of color. Her post showing a quote from Martin Luther King came captioned:

"As a mother raising 4 black children in America it’s more than devastating and heart breaking to see the insecurity, lack of exposure, and ignorance that continues on a daily basis especially in modern times. No one should ever have to live in fear based on their skin color! This despicable behavior continues to happen daily. It’s time for change now. #georgefloyd #ahmaudarbery #mchalerose."
