'90 Day Fiance's' Stephanie Lashes Out at Erika

Stephanie Matto of "90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days" is speaking out against ex-girlfriend Erika Owens. Matto and Owens met online in the most recent season, and Matto traveled to Australia to meet Owens in person.

Many viewers believed that Matto was responsible for the relationship's failure. Throughout the season, Matto had been uncomfortable with Owens' relationships with her exes and friends. With so many people on social media calling out Matto for her role in the relationship's end, she is talking about the role Owens played.

She chose to speak out after social media users attacked her on Instagram. At first, she opted to leave social media for a short break. She ultimately returned to social media, but it was not long before the attacks continued.

One of Matto's friends posted on a now-private profile that she supported Matto. She wrote under a picture she took with Matto, "If I knew then what I know now about how everything was going to be edited and all the hate she would receive, I would have turned that car around and not let her go."

Matto's friend also went on to say that Stephanie's sexuality and illness do not define her, and that she decided to be on the show because she thought it would be fun for all involved. She apparently didn't realize that her story line would be so contentious.

On her own Instagram story, Matto also posted her rebuttal. In her post, Matto declared that she felt hurt by both the "90 Day Fiance" production team and Owens. She even describes feeling "betrayed."

Matto claims that some moments were staged. For instance, she notes it was staged that she brought all her medication to the park. At the same time, she claims that Owens reacted to the medication in a way that showed her that she "isn't the one."

Matto claims that Owens spent Matto's last night in Australia out dancing with somebody else while Matto stayed alone in her hotel room. Matto says she never wants to speak about the incident again because the situation "has been exhausting." She claims that Owens had already known about Matto's celibacy and intimacy issues ahead of time.

People had mixed opinions about the relationship between Matto and Owens. Some people appreciated Matto's perspective on scenes that were staged. They also felt that she handled the situation correctly. Many were sympathetic to Matto's explanation.

Then, there were others who claimed that Matto was not actually bisexual. Some believed that she was too needy and perhaps even exhausting to be around.

Regardless, Matto and Owens are still not together, and it is assumed that the tell-all will shed more light on the situation.
