Angela Simmons' stunning bikini body has gone viral – and not via her own Instagram. The "Growing Up Hip-Hop" star managed to cause a buzz ahead of the weekend as bikini-clad footage of her dating back to the launch of her Purpose App was posted to the TV series' account. Angela, 32, made major headlines earlier this year for bravely opening up on her shape while going bare-faced in a mismatched bikini. This video glammed it up, took the string swimwear up a notch, and saw the daughter to rapper Rev Run speak for herself, also finding her words dubbed "unapologetically thicc [sic]."

Angela, who gave birth in 2016 and now comes with the #BuiltNotBought backing her feminine-strong App, had been filmed in a tiny black string bikini amid a crowd of models in likewise teeny swimwear – all were gathered for a photoshoot, with the images landing on Angela's IG back when Purpose App was launched. The cutaway saw Angela, followed by 6.6 million on Instagram, say: "I really don't care what anyone else has to say about how I show my body. I hope I can be an inspiration for my sister, because it took me a while to get where I'm at." This comes as an episode of "Growing Up Hip-Hop" centers around Angela motivating sister Vanessa amid her struggles over having packed on a few pounds.

April 30 saw Angela front media outlets for her bare-faced bikini reveal, more about the inner thoughts than the outer looks. A powerful caption began: "She’s not perfect , her weight fluctuates, she has her days when she’s not sure ... she doesn’t have a 6 pack.."
"Throughout this all she’s learned to love herself unconditionally... because if she didn’t who would ? She is me . And I am her ... " Angela continued, finding her post racking up over 238,000 likes.

Angela now has plenty going on – and not just rapper Bow Wow saying her backside set off his house alarm. The shoe designer and DHair Boutique partner also holds a Fashion Nova partner status, although the May 2020 launch of Simmons Beauty has been the biggest talking point. Those little white bottles now fill the star's Instagram, with the account itself followed by a fair few celebrities. Angela's feed is kept tabs on by the likes of Nicki Minaj, Gabrielle Union, Ayesha Curry, and Megan Thee Stallion.
