Larsa Pippen – who fully blanked out on her Instagram yesterday – has been sharing how she spent #BlackoutTuesday. The 45-year-old reality star and ex to Scottie Pippen showed both her serious side and her sense of humor via her social media: “Guys, we are cooking past curfew” was clearly the tongue-in-cheek side, however, the former “Real Housewives of Miami” star’s Instagram hasn’t been joking around. Larsa’s black cube post, honoring murdered black man George Foyd, was followed by one urging fans to vote in the presidential primaries. Stories, meanwhile, offered a little insight into how Larsa spent yesterday.
Larsa, who is currently in quarantine with her kids, opted out of any selfies or influencing – expect via her fitness brand – as she honored a sober and somber day reflected by her #BlackoutTuesday. The end of the day did bring some video footage as Larsa shared stunning panoramic views from her L.A. mansion’s pool, complete with her kids having a splash-about on a pool floatie. The star – followed by 1.9 million on Instagram – also filmed pal Lara Foxman prepping two very juicy-looking chickens.
The kitchen footage showed two dinner guests, with Laura Foxman seen preparing the meu – husband Ted was also captured. Laura had two raw chickens in a baking tray as she twisted foil around the poultry, also showing the chickens covered in herbs and butter. The finished dish was not shared, however stories presumably taken post-dinner once again showed Larsa’a stellar real estate views. Larsa is fresh from kicking off her Larsa Pippen Fitness brand. The fitness fiend’s IG appeared not to go dark yesterday, with a selfie of Larsa landing 18 hours ago. The image showed the brand’s boss in her spacious bedroom and rocking a tight orange bikini and matching baseball cap as she showed off her fit and curvy body. “I just finished my Stunning arm workout!! I’m gonna start calling my users for feedback,” she wrote. Feedback proved mixed, with some fans finding a bikini/promo update inappropriate for a day that proved serious across-the-board.
Larsa, who filed for divorce from Scottie in 2018, took to Instagram four days ago with a photo and quote from Martin Luther King. Her caption mentioned both her motherhood and racism.
“As a mother raising 4 black children in America it’s more than devastating and heart breaking to see the insecurity, lack of exposure, and ignorance that continues on a daily basis especially in modern times. No one should ever have to live in fear based on their skin color! This despicable behavior continues to happen daily. It’s time for change now. #georgefloyd #ahmaudarbery #mchalerose,” she wrote.
