While former "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans and husband David Eason have allegedly been working on their marriage, the two were seen arguing on social media once again. The former reality show couple aired their dirty laundry on Facebook, as did a friend of Evans' who referred to them as a toxic couple.

Statements made by both Eason and Evans have led social media followers to wonder if they are done for good. Others are skeptical, wondering if they will simply scrub the situation from the Internet and pretend all is well.

The couple split in October 2019, months after Eason admitted to killing Evans' dog in a rage. Evans and two of her children moved to Nashville and she filed for an emergency restraining order. Evans has since claimed that Eason has never been abusive.

After several months, Evans returned to the home she shares with Eason in North Carolina. While it would appear that things have been relatively quiet save for a few posts about Evans' shattered phone, things might be changing once again.

The posts made on Facebook were not incredibly cryptic, and neither Evans nor Eason seemed to care that all could see the dispute. It appears that Evans visited with a friend on a day when Eason did not want her to. On Facebook, Evans wrote, "God forbid I hangout with my friends" [sic].

Perhaps the Facebook post would not have gotten so much attention if Eason had not written back, "God forbid I get a babysitter and try to have a day with my wife before she flips out and deserted me for her . . . friend."

Eason has since deleted his response to Evans, even though Evans posted another message clearly aimed at him. She wrote (and later deleted), "At least my friend can pay for her own bills . . . uhm . . . when's the last time you paid for ANYTHING? History repeats itself lol."

Less than three months ago, Evans gave an interview in which she confirmed that she and Eason were back together. She cited that one big reason why she had to move away from Nasvhille was the fact that she had to pay rent for her apartment as well as a mortgage for the house Eason was living in.

Since the situation unfolded on social media, neither has addressed it at this time. Often, the couple fights on social media and then either ignores it or denies that anything happened. In the past, Evans called the cops on Eason for domestic violence and then reported that it was all a misunderstanding to her fans.

All of this happened on the same day Evans posted on Facebook, "Well while all of you are rioting and destroying your precious cities, I'll be far far away on my boat away from all of you."
