LL Cool J unloaded his feelings after the murder of George Floyd in rhyme.
The rapper reminded his fans that he is one of the most talented lyricists and expressed his emotions in a powerful, Black Lives Matter rap on Sunday. His passionate lyrics come as protests erupt all across the country as people demand justice for Floyd, who was murdered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. LL Cool J wove Floyd’s name and the names of others that suffered alleged abuse at the hands of police.

“For 400 years, you’ve had your knees on our necks, a garden of evil with no seeds of respect,” the rapper began his artistic statement.
LL Cool J made sure to specifically mention the officer that pressed his knee to Floyd’s neck.
“After Chauvin killed George Floyd, we got next!” he continued. “The rich took the loot so now we loot s—!”
The actor expressed that he had to deal with systematic racism when he grew up and that nothing has changed since that time.
“God only knows how deep this plan goes, I was dealing with this s— as a teen in Kangols.”
LL Cool J’s famous friends and several well-known rappers bowed down to his skill of rhyming relevant information into a powerful message. His sentiment was hard to ignore and he got mad props in the comments section of his post.
Ludacris left a crown ? emoji, while Raekwon left a ? emoji.

He has been using his platform to demand justice for Floyd and his family and to point out that not much has changed since Martin Luther King Jr.‘s time. Yesterday, he shared a photo of the minister reading a newspaper back in the day and the headlines seemed appropriate for what’s happening all over our country today.
“Dr King reading about what America looked like then….” he wrote.

The actor shared a collage of photos so we never forget the state of things and why the protests are happening.
“This is what America looks like on May 30th 2020… ??✊?,” he wrote.
He showed peaceful protests right next to riot fires ragging in the streets. Some of his followers didn’t like his message and thought he was promoting destruction and mayhem.
“Shame on you for promoting burning down businesses! #unfollowed,” one upset fan wrote.
The rapper, like many others, has reached his boiling point and is demanding change.
