During Thursday's season 2 finale of Hulu's "The Kardashians," Kim Kardashian was seen talking about her pee anxiety, which compels her to use the toilet frequently whenever she gets nervous about appearing at a big event.

The SKIMS founder faced a similar scenario as she prepared to hit the runway for the Balenciaga fashion show in Paris. However, the 42-year-old was ready for her pee anxiety as she revealed that she travels around with a cup to pee in and wet wipes to clean up.

Kim's sister, Kendall Jenner, also shares similar anxiety issues, which sometimes trigger panic attacks. Both siblings have been open about their mental health struggles in the past.

In the season finale of "The Kardashians," the reality star was seen worrying about her pee anxiety as she made preparations for her appearance at the Balenciaga Couture Show in Paris.

"I hope my pee anxiety does not get the best of me," Kim, 42, said in the episode "Here's to Paris," aired on Thursday, November 24.

According to CalmClinic, "Anxiety has the ability to affect urination in many ways, and those with severe anxiety may find they cannot control their urine."

For Kim, she starts feeling a frequent need to go whenever she is preparing for big events, and her Balenciaga walk was one that could trigger her condition.

Rather than leave anything to chance, the mother of four has found a way to help herself and explained it to the camera.

Although crude, Kim's solution ensures she gets to ease herself whenever she wants without worry. However, her ingenious remedy has not won over everyone, as Kim revealed it once made her mother, Kris Jenner, queasy.

She added, "My mom almost threw up when she drove me to Palm Springs. I bring like a Thermos, and she's like, 'I am going to gag.'"

Kim's pee anxiety is sometimes worsened by the fact that she wears a lot of restrictive clothes, especially for such events.

Back in September 2019, she revealed that she considered putting a pee hole in her SKIMS range of shapewear which she launched that month.

Similar to Kim, another member of the Kardashian family, Kendall Jenner also deals with anxiety issues and the embarrassing scenarios it can bring on.

Earlier in the year, Kendall's anxiety caused her to have a panic attack on her way to the Met Gala.

At the time, she could only ease the stress by drinking some water and peeing into an ice bucket at that moment despite being in the company of a lot of people.

"I am getting pee all over my underwear, but who cares. There's pee on my feet. There's a fun story that there is pee on my foot," Kendall said during the incident, per US Weekly, while also apologizing to her glam team.

Both Kim and Kendall have been open about their issues with anxiety and panic attacks.

Last month, the Skky Partners co-founder shared that she has learned to deal with these issues by making herself the main priority.

She said, per US Weekly, "It doesn't mean I don't strive for perfection, but you get to a point where you have to put your mental health first and choose to make yourself happy."

Meanwhile, Kendall deals with her own struggles by immersing herself in her personal space and letting go of her feelings.

"It's important to have a space that's just for you where you can let out your happiness. Your anger, frustrations, and stress, the things that are freaking you out, the things that are making you happy, and even just ideas," the model told i-D magazine in February.
