Cole Sprouse & Lili Reinhart Will ‘Likely Get Back Together'

Cole Sprouse, 27, and Lili Reinhart, 23, are over, according to recent reports.

"Lili and Cole were in a good place when 'Riverdale' was shut down due to the Coronavirus outbreak, but they isolated separately and distance has never been a good thing for their relationship," a source toldE! News.

The source added, “They decided not to quarantine together and knew off the bat that it wasn't going to work. They both know their communication is better when they are together in person, and it just wasn't working."

Sprouse has been spending quarantine with his “Riverdale” co-star, KJ Apa.

“Him [Cole] and KJ, in the very beginning of quarantine ended up staying together at KJ’s place in Los Angeles,” Sprouse’s twin, Dylan toldEntertainment Tonight. "So, they’re isolating together, which is very cute.”

“I heard they’re just lifting weights and eating cheese. I think that’s what they do. He’s getting healthy, he’s relaxing, and I talk to him every day. We still FaceTime every day, for every year of my life," the actor explained.

Sprouse and Reinhart have always been hush-hush about their romance. But they’ve let their walls down a few times throughout their relationship.

In 2016, Reinhart shared a "Happy Birthday" tribute to Sprouse on social media. But it’s unclear if the two were an item then, or just friends.

That same year, Sprouse fluxed his photography skills and shared dreamy snaps of Reinhart on his feed. Again, it still wasn’t clear whether the two were more than friends.

The following year, Reinhart made it clear she wasn't going to discuss her personal life.

"I'm not at a point in my life where I'm ready to openly confirm, deny, or talk about a relationship that I'm in, because I think it's brutal to have a relationship in the spotlight where I can be scrutinized by anyone and everyone," Reinhart said.

She continued, "Being in a relationship with someone, it's a relationship between those two people, and I feel like when you let enough people in, it's not about those two people anymore. It's about everyone."

However, last year, Sprouse got candid about his relationship with Reinhart and their connection.

He told the Los Angeles Times, "We legitimately could not stay away from one another. I've girded my private life very intentionally. It's one of those things that I still sort of grapple with and Lili and I grapple with."

And even though they recently split, sources don’t think it’ll last long. An insider claimed the two “will likely get back together” once they start filming "Riverdale" again.
