Noah Cyrus is back in a thong – and this is a girl who kissed 2019 goodbye in one as she called the year "Hell on Earth." The 20-year-old sister to superstar singer Miley Cyrus is currently fronting media outlets for showing that a certain version of hell has continued – via spider bites. Noah, whose Instagram following has shot up to 5.7 million as she releases new music, updated her account last night. She was stripped down to a lacy lilac thong to show her fans a painful-looking and very blotchy booty. It was, as Noah wrote: "A booboo."

Noah, whose above 2019 photo did, indeed, show her flipping the bird from a urinal, updated with two photos that are best viewed with the kiddies out the room. The "I Got So High That I Saw Jesus" singer had gone close-up as she lifted her white-tshirt and rocked an elasticated pastel pair of thong briefs –while curve-flaunting is often the focus of the singer's posts, Tuesday night was all about the giant red marks and visible Band-Aid.

"THIS is why I have arachnophobia..Spidey Man went IN on me last night," she wrote, with the "Booboo" term used in the singer's stories.

Noah clocked herself over 280,000 likes overnight, with the positive response definitely contrasting the recent slamming she faced in a highly NSFW photo showing the singer reaching down into pulled-down underwear to touch herself. "Drop the spiders addy, I'm throwing hands," one fan wrote.

Celebrity comments also came in, with 21-year-old YouTuber Tana Mongeau – who has fueled dating rumors with Noah in the past – writing: "Suddenly I'm a spider?" Lisa Rinna's daughter Delilah Belle Hamlin also commented, writing: "OH HELL NAW."

Noah, whose "The End of Everything" EP just got major promo as 27-year-old sister Miley danced to it in a tiny bikini, has been opening up on being part of the Cyrus clan.
