Miley Cyrus' Little Sister Noah Touches Herself With Pulled-Down Pants On Instagram

Noah Cyrus went very risqué today. The 20-year-old sister to superstar singer Miley Cyrus comes with a reputation for shirt-lifting and hanging around streets in undies – then again, the "I Got So High That I Saw Jesus" singer comes with a vulnerable side that's recently seen her detail being "stripped of her identity" as she grew up in 27-year-old Miley's shadow.

Noah's Thursday Instagram update pushed some boundaries at it showed the brunette beauty harnessing her sexuality. The photo knocked Noah's 5.7 million sideways, but for many, the feminine empowerment feel was appreciated.

A star who knows how to nail her captions. Seen below, the photo showed Noah shot against a red wall and from below. The body language was likewise "down below" as the singer posed with a hand reaching down into her underpants, with black sweatpants also pulled down. Up top, a skimpy white crop top flashing some underboob and worn braless flaunted Noah's stunning waistline and curves, with the star's raven locks cascading down her shoulders.

A caption kept things both relevant and mysterious, reading: "He doesn't love me, he just wants to fill his cup."

And a celebrity one from socialite and DJ Paris Hilton. While an early comment frowning on the photo read: "Don't do that," fans largely sent Noah the thumbs-up.

"OOOF," one fan wrote.

"Go off," another said.

"Ur too hot," a third added.

The photo follows a string of promotional videos as Noah drops new music amid the COVID-19 pandemic, with "The End of Everything" receiving a music video this week. Noah's music has received critical acclaim amid the pandemic, with Rolling Stone dubbing the music video for "I Got So High That I Saw Jesus" a "spiritual awakening."

Noah is the youngest of mom Tish Cyrus' three daughters: 32-year-old DJ and fashion editor Brandi and 27-year-old Miley come ahead of Noah. The youngest Cyrus girl has been opening up on her years as Miley's sibling.

"Being born in the family I was in, everybody gave me such a hard time for having a hard time being Miley's little sister, but, you know, I always felt like I was that person that no one gave a sh-t about due to what people said to me online," she said on Instagram Live before revisiting the subject as she spoke of simply being referred to as Miley's Cyrus' "sister."

Noah, whose Instagram chronicles everything from her raw and public mental health battles and love of marijuana to her current quarantine, has been racking up the celebrity followers. Featuring semi-regularly on the feed is 21-year-old YouTuber Tana Mongeau, although the global pandemic has largely kept Noah with her lock-down entourage.

Celebrity followers are paying attention to Noah, though. Her account is kept tabs on by stars including 18-year-old pop sensation Billie Eilish, superstar rapper Cardi B, singer Demi Lovato, plus Lil Nas X and Justin Bieber's wife Hailey.
