Brittany Mahomes, 27, is pregnant with her and her husband, Patrick Mahomes’, second child. The two welcomed their first baby, Sterling Skye Mahomes, in February of this year and then tied the knot in March 2022.
The certified personal trainer and fitness entrepreneur is sharing photos from her maternity photoshoot now that they are quickly approaching the due date for their second child, embracing the power of being a woman.

Her hair is styled in a beautiful up-do, with beaded clips, looking like she is ready for a wedding.

The photographer behind the photos, Jesses Alter Photography left a beautiful comment on Brittany’s post, writing

Patrick and Brittany Mahomes are actually childhood sweethearts as they met at Whitehouse High School in Whitehouse, Texas, and even attended prom together in 2013.
The NFL star proposed to Brittany on September 1, 2020, which is also Brittany’s birthday. Not long after, the two announced they were pregnant with their first child, Sterling.
After the two welcomed their daughter into the world, Patrick Mahomes told PEOPLE that being a father has “been awesome” and that he is “blessed to have a really, really good first baby.”
“Brittany has helped out a ton being a champion mom, and so it’s been a lot of fun and to be able to come home every single day and see her and how energized she is and how she’s changing and growing already,” he said. “I’m just trying to tell her to slow down so I can enjoy every minute of it.”
Patrick and Brittany then tied the knot in March 2022. Mahomes’ younger brother, Jackson, was the best man at the wedding. Patrick’s Kansas City Chiefs teammate, Travis Kelce, was a groomsman while Kelce’s girlfriend, Kayla Nicole, was one of Brittany’s bridesmaids.
