Mackenzie McKee Claims Husband Josh Cheated With Her Cousin

The newest star of "Teen Mom OG", Mackenzie Douthit Mckee, has made a shocking allegation against her husband, Josh McKee, this week. The 25-year-old mother of three and reality star announced on social media that Josh had been unfaithful. While the post was quickly deleted, the implications of the post remain.

The Facebook post began with "life has really thrown me some huge curve balls. Idk how ive made it here" [sic]. Thanks to social media followers who took screenshots of the message, the post is still available.

First, Mackenzie alludes to the affair "the world knows" about. The couple split for a short period of time and got back together after Josh "got 'saved'." Mackenzie cites that her mother was so happy with her for choosing to forgive her husband for the affair.

Angie Douthit, Mackenzie's mother, died of cancer in December of 2019. On "Teen Mom OG," viewers watched Angie advise Mackenzie to stay with Josh. Angie was an incredibly religious woman, and she wanted her daughter to remain married after she passed.

Mackenzie then went on to explain that Josh was a good husband for two weeks before "things changed." He couldn't understand why Mackenzie was depressed following the death of her mother. Suddenly, he was working and fishing constantly rather than helping her care for their three children.

Mackenzie claims that she recently decided to pull text and call logs for her husband's phone. She discovered he was texting a woman hundreds of times each month. She wrote, "obviously another affair. So I go to call the number and it was my close cousin."

Mackenzie goes on to describe how she has been hurt by her family member and her husband. She says she is in "utter shock." She ends her post saying, "But today is the day I walk away. Pray for me, that I can function, feel worthy again and fine hope."

Mackenzie and Josh have been dating on and off since 2009, and they got married in 2013. Much of their relationship has played out on-screen in "16 & Pregnant," "Teen Mom 3," and "Teen Mom OG."

Now, Mackenzie describes herself as a single mom on Instagram. This comes on the heels of Josh giving Mackenzie another proposal on "Teen Mom OG" followed by him not seeming to care about her grief following her mother's death. The footage of Josh on the show, as well as the latest news, has many viewers shocked. Of course, there have also been some fans telling Mackenzie to leave Josh for years. Is this what it took for her to leave for good? Only time will tell.
