'Botched' Star Paul Nassif Sues Ex-Patient For $35,000 Over Unpaid Medical Bill

“Botched” star Dr. Paul Nassif is suing a former patient who had a bunch of work done and refused to pay her $35,000 bill.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast. Nassif if suing his former patient, Assel Ross, for breach of contract.
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, says Ross visit Nassif’s Beverly Hills office in January 2020. His staff spoke to Ross about certain cosmetic procedures. The staff informed her she would have to pay the deposit of $17,700 prior to surgery being completed.
The defendant provided one credit card that was declined. Her family member provided another card that was declined. Then Ross’ alleged ex-husband provided a card that they charged $9,000.
Nassif says the medical services were completed on March 2. The total charges for the work done was $35,395. However, he claims the amount has yet to be paid.
To make matters worse, the $17,000 charged on the credit card was marked as unauthorized and improperly charged. The money was taken from Nassif’s office by the credit card company.
The docs note, “As a result of the foregoing chargebacks, Defendant, despite having agreed to be responsible for and pay for the medical services provided, has failed and continues to fail to pay the amounts then and still owing to Plaintiff. Further, requests for Defendant to pay the amounts owed for the services rendered have been and continue to be ignored.”

Dr. Nassif said, “as a result of Defendant’s breach of contract, Plaintiffs have been damaged in an amount in excess in the jurisdictional limits of this Court, in an amount of $35,395.”
Nassif is suing for the entire unpaid balance, plus general damages and attorney fees.
As The Blast previously reported, Nassif’s “Botched” partner, Terry Dubrow, recently caught heat after hawking hand sanitizer with his wife Heather. Many accused the two of price gouging in a time of crisis.
