Larsa Pippen took less than 60 minutes to be told she looks 21 today. The 45-year-old ex to NBA icon Scottie Pippen updated her Instagram on Tuesday with a stunning, wet-haired selfie showing pillow lips and flawless beauty – while the former "Real Housewives of Miami" star recently had fans saying her "surgeon" should "get a Starbucks card," nobody was shading the blonde as she snapped herself in a grunge t-shirt today.

Larsa recently fronted media outlets as 54-year-old ex Scottie trended on Twitter following the ESPN-aired "The Last Dance" – and her IG got hijacked as a result.

It showed the friend to Kim Kardashian solo and from her L.A. mansion quarantine – Larsa was likely fresh out the shower as she rocked soaking-wet, combed hair, plus a black graphic t-shirt with an off-the-shoulder finish. Full lips forming a perfect pout and a piercing gaze completed the simple snap, although a caption from the new Larsa Pippen Fitness founder kept it cryptic as she wrote: "You are responsible for the energy you bring to this space."

"Larsa you look 21!!!! You go girl ✨?" came from lifestyle coach and pal Dina, with one of Larsa's 1.9 million followers replying:

"@dina she looks better than 21 year olds."

Larsa – whose bikini selfies have seen her dubbed a "narcissist" this year – is fresh from kicking off her fitness plans. Larsa made headlines as early episodes of "The Last Dance" saw her defend ex Scottie's $30 million pay across seven seasons while fellow Chicago Bulls player Michael Jordan netted $30 million per season. Larsa screenshotted Scottie's $107 million+ career earnings to back him – her Instagram then wound up swamped by Scottie fans, although that's happened on a smaller scale before, with Larsa's red Ferrari photo seeing her told: "NBA money bought that."

Larsa, who also recently fronted media outlets for an alleged affair with rapper Future, has denied both being a cheat and a gold-digger.

May 14 saw Larsa's social media bring a big reveal over her 2018-estranged husband – Larsa and Scottie were married for over 20 years.

"Find someone who’ll put u first!! ?," Larsa captioned a selfie, with a troll replying:

"That's what scottie did smh He was loyal to you no? Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't you do adultery first?"

Larsa then fired back:

"Stop tripping dude u don’t know what you’re talking about. I held him down and still do. Just bc I don’t air his dirty laundry doesn’t mean it doesn’t stink I just don’t wanna do his laundry anymore.
