The battle between Rick Ross and his baby mama is getting nasty, and the woman now claiming the rapper threw their own children out of his home.
According to reports, a recent DNA test proved Ross is the father of Briana Camille's two children, three-year-old Berkeley and two-year-old Billion.
Apparently, Camille is pregnant with the couple's third child and is now requesting immediate child support for all of the kids. In her request, Briana claims the 'Maybach Music' CEO hasn't contributed financially to the children in 'months.'
But, there's more...
According to the filing, obtained by Bossip.com, Rick Ross tossed them out of his home late last year and is now refusing to pay child support.
At the time, she claims the reason Ross was not paying support is that their was not a DNA test establishing that he was the father of the kids. But, since the test came back positive, Camille is asking that the rapper be forced to pay back child support, including paying for the kids reported $5,000 in medical bills.
Earlier this year, Briana sued Ross to establish paternity and child support, but the rapper attempted to get the case thrown out of court due to the fact he wasn't properly served.
This situation seems to be getting nasty after Rick Ross decided to address it on Instagram, posting a video of himself calling Briana a 'fat girl.'
In the video, it seems Ross is happy about the mother of his children finally taking the test, claiming his legal team is the one who initially reached out to her about taking the test.
“She took it, and I’s the daddy, and I’s the pappy,” he said in the video.
According to Bossip.com, Camille is a military veteran who was discharged from duty due to a medical condition. She has not worked in the past 4 years and has now had to spend tons of money on rent, medical bills, and food for the couple's children.
In the case, Camille is asking for a judge to establish temporary child support and for the rapper to reimburse her for all the past expenses.
A judge has yet to rule on the case.
