The singer's wife Argentinian model, Luisana Lopilato, has revealed she has received messages where people have threatened to "kill" Buble if he steps foot in her home country.

"We received a lot of love from people but you wouldn't believe the amount of people who sent me photos with weapons saying they were going to kill Mike when he reached Argentina. It made me afraid and I still feel a little bit frightened," his wife said during the interview.

She continued, "It's not nice to receive death threats. There were a lot of threats. The positive messages we received outnumbered them but I am worried for my family. I suffered a lot with what happened. It caused Mike a lot of pain too. He loves Argentina and he loves being with me in Argentina when I'm working."

During the interview, Luisana defended her husband making it clear she doesn't feel he was forceful in any way.

"Mike is a gentleman who is always concerned with trying to make me even more happy than I already am," she said.

As we reported, Buble was accused of domestic violence after he was seen being forceful with his wife on Instagram Live.

In the video, Buble is seen elbowing his wife and grabbing her by the arm and pulling her close to him which prompted an apology from his wife.

At the time, many viewers believed he was too forceful in the video, and fans posted reactions like, "It’s never ok to hit another person!"

"It is incredible how some human beings are !! While we cross this pandemic, and we live moments of confinement, anguish, fear, loneliness, uncertainties of all kinds! Every day we go out with my husband to live to bring them a little joy, entertainment, longing, and we have to bear to listen and see what malicious people publish who come out to talk about anything and without knowing anything about our family."

She continued, "I want you to know that I have no doubts who my husband is and I would choose him a thousand times more !! It's not fair! This person is doing harm and taking advantage of this pandemic where people are suffering, dying and locked up, to have fame and more followers."

In response to allegations of any domestic violence, Lopilato called it simply 'lies.'

"Telling lies that I will not allow because he disrespects my family, so I ask you who have trusted me so much for years that you do not allow it either!" she wrote following the video going viral.

Adding, "Without more to say and do what I think is right when they mess with my family. I leave the consequences to God! The world needs more than ever "love, hope, values, unity, and solidarity" NOT these types of people."
