Rapper Lil' Boosie has been sued by the Attorney General for unpaid child support for his 11-year-old daughter.

According to reports, Boosie Badazz has been targeted by the Georgia State Department of Human Services for failure to financially provide for his 11-year-old daughter, Lyric Beyonce.

The Special Assistant Attorney General, Don Snow, filed the suit against the rapper on behalf of the child's mother Gelisa Hayes. The mother has apparently complained she is not receiving the proper support from Boosie for their child.

According to the legal documents, obtained by Bossip.com, the child's mother along with the state wants Boosie to immediately start paying a 'reasonable amount' of child support.

If he refuses, the state says they will take the step of garnishing his wages to cover the amount. They are also asking that the rapper provide health insurance for the child.

Interestingly, the documents point out that if Boosie believes he is NOT the father of the girl, he can take a DNA test through the state's lab. It's unclear if Boosie has ever made that allegation.

The 'Wipe Me Down' rapper has not responded to the lawsuit, but the state claims he has been served with the documents both at his home and nearby headquarters of "Bad Azz Entertainment."

The case is headed to a Georgia court but has been continued due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.

Boosie made headlines earlier this week, after bragging on Instagram Live that he provided woman to perform sexual acts on his underage son and nephew. It's unclear in the video if Boosie is being serious about the situation, but many fans were floored by the admission.

Several fans on Twitter vowed to turn the video over to the Department of Children and Family Services, claiming the admission constituted child abuse.

As we reported, Boosie Badazz has been recording and shooting music videos while under quarantine. And in one case, he had to ask his Instagram followers to help provide diabetes medication to his location.

The rapper posted a photo of a "Lantus" injection pen, that is commonly used to treat people suffering from the disease.

On a recent trip to Florida, Boosie posted, "Asap Anybody in the Jacksonville/Tampa area have this hit," with a picture of the medication.

It appeared at the time he was unable to score the meds and posted a second request.
