Angela Simmons took less than 15 minutes to be told her aerial yoga equipment looked like a "sex swing" today. The 32-year-old reality star whose weekly appearances on "Growing Up Hip-Hop" return today Thursday updated her Instagram early in the day. Her post came less than than 24 hours after she made headlines as rapper Bow Wow claimed Angela set off his house alarm with her backside on the show's trailer.

Angela's bedroom swing action was shared in video mode and with a photo. It also came with a hot, no-pants look.

The video clocking over 28,000 views in just 20 minutes showed Angela approaching a blue-suspended yoga swing and getting into before stretching every which way – Angela arched her back downwards, alongside clutching her ankles while rocking teeny tiny patterned underpants, simple socks, and a dark t-shirt.

A caption from the Fashion Nova face and DHair Boutique partner read:

"Best morning stretch on my aerial yoga ?‍♀️ swing !! I usually use it after my bike ride .. ??"

A comment quickly gaining likes poked a little fun at the swing, telling Angela.

"Back in my day..that was a sex swing."

"It still is," a user replied.

"Yes, that swing makes me think of..." another wrote.

Some far more NSFW replies also came in, although Angela was sent the thumbs-up for looking so great. Angela has clocked herself over 237,000 likes for her April 29 bikini photo. Showing the star kneeling and 100% makeup-free in a mismatched two-piece, the photo braved body-image issues as Angela wrote:
