Salma Hayek clocked herself over 100,000 likes in under 25 minutes today, taking to Instagram with a makeup-free and drenched swimsuit photo from her pool. The 53-year-old actress whose #nomakeup photos have had her told she uses "too much Botox" received zero in the way of complaints with her Wednesday update – the "Frida" actress' post came straight from waters, with the Mexican's beauty standing out from the get-go.

Seen below, Salma's photo showed her shot close up and fresh-faced while taking a dip. The wife to billionaire François-Henri Pinault was showing her age-dying beauty as she flashed hints of a dark pink swimsuit – while Salma had opted out of flaunting her famous curves, she wasn't hiding the beauty, seen with her long brown hair drenched and matted around her face, plus a somewhat knowing gaze that pierced the camera.

Salma's caption kept it simple: "Agua ? #water #nomakeup," she wrote.

Comments came in fast.

February saw Hayek in the news for a likewise makeup-free photo that generated a major storm. A selfie showing the actress backed by palms and with her hair blowing in the wind sparked an unsolicited comment, with the fan writing: "Too much Botox :(. Not needed Salma!"

"I don’t have Botox But thank you for the advice because I was thinking maybe it’s time," Salma replied.

This, from a star who has personally stated being happy to see her dark hair turn gray with age. Fans of the beauty are likely familiar with her headline-making birthday bikini from 2019.

Salma was 50 when she spoke to British health club Holmes Place:

"I don’t dye [my hair] because I am curious to see how I am going to look with this. I am sure in the next movie they will say sorry you will have to dye it but I am enjoying watching them come in. I don’t have any Botox. Maybe later I will change my mind but for now, I am comfortable being fifty. I am comfortable in my own skin," she said.
