"Pitch Perfect" star Rebel Wilson's girlfriend, Ramona Agruma, has reflected on the early stages of her relationship with the actress and comedian.
News of their relationship only became public in June 2022, when Wilson posted a picture of them posing cutely for the camera on Instagram, attached to a sweet caption.
Agruma has recently acknowledged that, as a "private" person, she found it challenging to cope with the attention that followed the public's discovery of her romance with Wilson.
She also discussed how she handles relationship rumors and how caring for their little daughter, Royce Lillian, has changed her priorities and way of life.

Ramona Agruma Was 'Not Used To So Much Attention'
During her November 16 appearance on "The Morning Show," Agruma discussed her relationship with Wilson, months after the "Pitch Perfect" star publicly announced on Instagram that they were an item.
Reflecting on the journey so far, "The Wall" actress stated that the early days of their relationship were tough due to the overwhelming attention that came from the media.
"It was shocking at the beginning and hard because I'm not used to so much attention," Agruma said on the daytime show, per E! News, before adding, "I'm more private, more homebody."
She then narrated their encounters with paparazzi saying, "Sometimes it happens moon the hiking trail, sometimes looking horrible and going to the grocery store or grabbing protein shake."
These days, the five-foot-five-inch Aussie no longer pays attention to the media and has come to terms with the fact that it is impossible to avoid the spotlight. However, she and Wilson continue to make an effort to live private lives.
Ramona Agruma Explains How She Handles Rumors About Their Relationship
Back In June 2022, Wilson took to Instagram to upload a picture of herself and Agruma that confirmed they were in a relationship.
The "Senior Girl" actress captioned the photo at the time, "I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess," adding two hearts and a rainbow emoji.
Agruma and Wilson have since gained notoriety in the news, with many people believing that they may have even gotten engaged. Wilson has already refuted the rumor, but it hasn't prevented others from sometimes surfacing.
Agruma, for her part, thinks that the best way to handle such rumors is to ignore them. She is surprised, though, when several of her friends call to congratulate her on things that she is unaware of, but that were included in the rumors.

In the meantime, Agruma is focused on bonding with her newborn daughter, Royce Lillian, whom she welcomed with Wilson in early November via surrogate. In her interview on "The Morning Show," she opened up about how she was currently adjusting to the newest addition to their family.
"You start thinking about someone else instead of yourself," she said, per E! News, before describing the experience as "life-changing, in a good way."
She also provided insight into how the arrival of the child had altered her priorities and way of life.
Agruma added, "Priorities change, when you think like, 'Oh I wish I would go have a massage or something'. Like no, I just want to spend time with her and be at home."

Agruma's interview comes after Wilson announced the birth of their child on Instagram. At the time, she posted a cute photo of the child sleeping on a wool-like blanket alongside an emotional statement, voicing her joy about being a first-time mom.
"I can't even describe the love I have for her, she's a beautiful miracle! I am forever grateful to everyone who has been involved, "Wilson wrote in her post.
She added, "I am ready to give little Roycie all the love imaginable. I am learning quickly…much respect to all the Mums out there! Proud to be in your club."
The comedian also specially thanked her surrogate for her efforts and personal care all through the pregnancy period, saying, "Thank you for helping me start my own family, it's an amazing gift. The BEST gift!!"
