Kylie Jenner was recently named by Forbes as the youngest self-made billionaire for the second straight year and it's been evident with her new purchase of a $36.5 million mansion in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles. She also paid $15 million for an empty lot as she has started to gain a passion for real estate. Jenner is valued at $1.2 billion as one huge move made at the end of 2019 was a majority stake in her Kylie Cosmetics makeup line to Coty.

This majority stake was at 51% for $600 million. The deal was finalized in January as Jenner still maintains her 49% share.

Jenner has been making the most of her spare time during the coronavirus pandemic as well. She's been spending time with her baby daddy Travis Scott, their daughter Stormi, and her best friend, Anastasia Karanikolaou. They've been making TikTok videos as well with Scott's "Out West" song featuring Young Thug playing. She is now showing some of her best cars in her garage.

These two luxury cars feature a white Bugatti Chiron which is valued at $3 million while an all-back Ferrari is next to it which is worth $1.4 million. This was reportedly gifted by Scott. As far as her relationship wit him, there's been rumors that the two started "hooking up" again but they don't have a title on their relationship again just yet. The two broke up last fall but have since been coparenting with their daughter, who is 2-years-old.

Jenner's mother, Kris, was also reportedly not down with just a hook up. He wants Scott to take things to the next level with her daughter as those plans include proposing and having a second child together. Kylie, on the other hand, isn't rushing this process. On Mother's Day, he set up a special dinner for the two, according to HollywoodLife.

"Travis is still quarantined with Kylie and as always, he wanted to make sure he went out of his way to make Kylie feel special on Mother’s Day," said a source close to HL.

“Travis kept it very simple with a beautiful candlelit dinner for him, Kylie, and Stormi because he knows that’s really all she would have wanted to do regardless of the quarantine right now. Travis had plenty of flowers scattered everywhere and candles lit all around. He wanted to make sure it was a memorable occasion because he knows it’s been challenging for Kylie at times with missing her family so he made sure it was a special evening.”

It definitely seems that Jenner and Scott appear to be in a better place now and may be labeled as a couple again this year. In the meantime, they are enjoying everything they need during this crazy coronavirus pandemic, which includes these cars and plenty of things to do in her beautiful new mansion.
