Carrie Underwood put her money where her mouth is today. The 37-year-old country singer whose March 3-released "Find Your Path" diet and exercise book now comes complete with the Fit52 app proved just why she's running a rising empire – the book and app accompany the "Southbound" singer's 2015-founded Calia by Carrie athleisurewear line.

Carrie appeared in a new video today. Shared via her clothing line's Instagram, it showed the "American Idol" winner looking rock-hard and near-mind-blowing as she busted out a power boxing session.

Seen below, the video showed Carrie solo, focused, and 100% knocking the ball out the park as she was snapped – then video edited – in her home and mid-punch while absolutely packing one. The blonde was flaunting her insanely-muscular and world-famous legs in a tiny white pair of Petal Hem Shorts from her brand, also rocking a gray tank, sneakers, plus heavy gloves as she was shot in profile. Braided blonde pigtails kept it girly, but the energy was raw as Carrie busted out her workout with her pool in the backdrop.

Carrie, whose 5-year-old son Isaiah was joined by brother Jacob in January 2019, has been busy promoting Fit52 alongside her book – "Find Your Path" has even made headlines for experiencing a spike in sales amid COVID-19.

Dubbed "the bizarre fitness app I can't stop using" by a reviewer at The Verge, the Fit52 app is named after the 52 weeks in a year, with Carrie having stated that not every week has to be hardcore.

"When you have 52 chances a year to make it a healthy week, you’re less inclined to scold yourself over one bad day. It’s designed to help you stay on track while allowing you some grace," she writes.

2020 saw Carrie open up about a brief starvation period that followed her 2005 "American Idol" win. Online message board trolls writing: "Carrie's getting fat" saw the singer's confidence crushed, with Carrie letting her "haters" become her "motivators." Checking food labels, logging time on the elliptical, and reducing her intake to just 800 calories a day became the norm for Underwood, with the star even admitting that she initially felt more energetic as a result of her starvation.

Carrie's body was "screaming" for carbs, though, per her recollection of the period as she spoke to Women's Health. Keep scrolling for exactly what she eats today.

Speaking ahead of her March book release, Carrie revealed her diet. The star kicks the day off with egg-white or tofu scrambles, berries, Ezekiel bread, and coffee. Lunch can be Tofurky sandwiches with veggies and mustard – Carrie is a "wannabe vegan" – with her dinners coming as a vegan chicken stir-fries while 2010-married husband Mike Fisher gets a steak.

Snacks for Carrie can include green smoothies or protein bars, although the "Cry Pretty" singer does indulge with both microwave burritos and the wine – the latter when watching "The Bachelor."
