"Gold Rush" star Parker Schnabel had a pretty incredible season Down Under and is showing the Aussies how the Americans celebrate a victory -- champagne showers!

The latest season of "Gold Rush: Parker's Trail" just finished airing on Discovery and the crew let fans in on some of the best behind-the-scenes moments. The celebration kicked off with a BBQ where the team was, of course, throwing some shrimp on the barbie. Parker and the rest of the gold miners spent 9 weeks in Australia and traveled over 6,000 miles across the continent in search of fortune.

Parker's big push for the season was trying to secure a mining operation that would allow him to prospect year-around. Parker's main operation is in Alaska, where the frigid winters make it impossible to run a mining operation. However, if he were to expand into Australia, he would be set up for mining in both climates.

"This is the best trip I've ever been on," Parker told his crew.

He continued that, "What we saw was enough for me to take the next step. Somewhere out there is still a massive gold strike to be found."

Part of Parker's celebration dinner included a bottle of bubbly which he popped open and attempted to douse his friends. "Gold Rush" co-star Tyler Mahoney was able to dodge out of the champagne stream just in time as the rest of the table scrambled.

It was another fun moment between Tyler and Parker, as many fans noticed a strong connection between the gold prospectors throughout the season.

Tyler comes from a long line of gold prospectors and helped Parker navigate the vast Australian terrain while tapping into her knowledge of finding gold.
