Dionne Warwick Throws Her Hat In The Ring For Pete Davidson, Fans Approve!

Dionne Warwick has spoken– she’s the future girlfriend of Pete Davidson. 

The American singer was previously married to singer William Elliot, and after a year, they separated. Soon after, they got back together but split again. The 28-year-old comedian, on the other hand, previously dated business mogul Kim Kardashian and nearly nine months after, they broke up. 

Rumor has it that the comedian and model Emily Ratjkowski started dating. Nevertheless, the 81-year-old has declared that she’s next in line to date the comedian, and fans give their blessings to the future union.

The 81-year-old made the proclamation on Twitter, writing, “I will be dating Pete Davidson next.” Warwick included a status in the tweet that read, "tweeting it into existence." This statement garnered attention with over 245k likes and several comments, as many fans had things to say about the prospective union. 

Actress Lynda Carter and OG "Wonder Woman" was first in line to respond to the news, writing, “I hardly think he could keep up with you, Dionne.” Another fan shared a photoshopped picture of Davidson with Warwick lying on his chest. The user captioned, “Exclusive: first pic of the happy couple.”

An observer seemed to poke fun at the obvious age gap between the supposed couple, tweeting, “Wear him out, Auntie! ???,” while this user paired the actor’s last name with the singer’s first name, noting that “Dionne Davidson has a nice ring to it.”

Additionally, a user dished out advice to the actress, writing, “That will be the pinnacle for him. Let him down gently when you're done with him, he'll be a broken man.” Also advising the singer, a commenter wrote, “I don't think that is a ride you'd want to take. You might want to "walk on by." 

One fan expressed interest in the relationship, adding, “No, but seriously, I would love to watch you two have a chat.”

It would appear that the actor is quite the hot cake now, as Warwick’s declaration comes a few weeks after Martha Stewartrevealed that her ideal man would be Davidson. As The Blast reported, the television personality appeared on “The Drew Barrymore Show,” where she hinted that she would like to date someone like Davidson. 

The conversation started with Stewart stating that she hadn’t been in a serious relationship for three decades which she was not proud of. This information prompted Barrymore to insist on getting a date for the actress. However, the author politely excused herself from that exercise. 

The chat then progressed to a dating game involving red, yellow, and green flags, which the show’s presenter waved. Red signified “No, no, no, no” Yellow meant being “on the fence,” while Green was a go.

When asked to pick a flag if her date had as many tattoos as Davidson, she waved the green flag, to which Barrymore said she foresaw her answer.

The award-winning TV presenter said, “There’s a thing on the internet where everybody wants you to go on a date with Pete Davidson.” Stewart noted that the prominent comedian had dated many women, which she believed was good, before calling him “sort of cute.”

The businesswoman has constantly insisted that she’s not romantically linked with the “SNL” alum. “Pete Davidson is like the son I never had,” the octogenarian told a news outlet. “He is a charming boy who is finding his way. I’ve invited him to come on my podcast, and I look forward to hearing what he has to say.”

In September, Warwick made headlines when the Grammy winner was unperturbed about the U.S open misidentifying her. It followed that the U. S tournament hosted lots of celebrities who came to watch Serena Williams play against Anett Kontaveit.

In the clip that circulated, the commentators acknowledged famous faces in the audience, but when it got to the “Walk On By” singer’s turn, they couldn’t place her. The commentator was heard saying, “oh, that’s more stars…Gladys Knight! Hello.”

Fans were outraged by this obvious mistake, but the singer appeared unfazed. She tweeted, “ “Hi, I’m Gladys Knight… and instead of taking that midnight train to Georgia, I won’t walk on by but will say a little prayer for you ? ?.” The tweet has since garnered over 19,000 likes, with fans praising Warwick for her unique sense of humor.
