Jana Kramer Says Chris Evans Ghosted Her
During a new episode of the "Whine Down" with Jana Kramer podcast, Kramer looked back on some of her more embarrassing moments with current "Sexiest Man Alive," Evans. She claimed she had gone on a few dates with the actor more than a decade ago; however, things didn't work out.
Kramer disclosed that Evans went awol on her after seeing her "asparagus pee." She said, "To this day, I'm actually sort of mortified…this is so embarrassing." The artist explained that, at the time, she had gone to his house in California after receiving an invitation for a sleepover.
"And so I had asparagus for dinner that night, so I went to the bathroom, and he immediately went after me," Kramer recalled per Page Six. "And so that's the last interaction that I remember is him going into the bathroom after I just went to the bathroom with asparagus pee and never hearing from him again."
Kramer added, "I did the asparagus walk of shame out of his house."
Jana Kramer Says She Didn't Sleep With The Movie Star
While recounting the story, the country singer further admitted that she and Evans "didn't hookup that night." She didn't say if they ever actually slept together; however, Kramer described him as "super sexy" and a "great kisser."
While she described the entire asparagus scenario as "mortifying," the actress revealed that she texted Evans last year after the incident. At the time, the "Captain America" star was reportedly single and interested in getting into a relationship. Kramer did not reveal if she got a text back; however, Evans may have likely already started dating Baptista.
Chris Evans And Alba Baptista Have Been Dating For Over A Year
Earlier reports revealed that Marvel actor Evans and Portuguese actress Baptista have been dating "for over a year, and it's serious." According to People Magazine, the couple is in love, and the actor is ecstatic. "They are in love, and Chris has never been happier," they said. "His family and friends all adore her."
Neither party has said anything about the relationship rumors; however, they were seen together in Central Park taking a stroll while holding hands. News of the relationship circulated before the actor was named the "Sexiest Man Alive" by People Magazine.
Baptista is mainly known for her portrayal of Natasha in "Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris," which was released this year. The actress, who speaks multiple languages, is also known for her extensive work as a humanitarian in an orphanage in Cambodia.
Chris Evans Wants To Build A Family
During his "Sexiest Man Alive" cover story with People, Evans shed light on his work and life balance and revealed that he wanted to spend a lot of time with his loved ones. The actor explained that he looked forward to building a family and loved the idea of "tradition and ceremony."
"That's absolutely something I want: wife, kids, building a family," Evans said. "When you read about most of the best artists, whether it's actors, painters, writers, most of them [admit] it wasn't the work they made [that they are most proud of], it was about the relationships; the families they created, the love they found, the love they shared."
"So it's also something through my long 41 years that also rings true. Those things are the most important," the actor continued. "I love the idea of tradition and ceremony. I had a lot of that in my life, so the idea of creating that — I can't think of anything better."
