'Love And Hip-Hop: Hollywood''s Apryl Jones Says Omarion Abandoned Her Before She Ended Up Dating Lil Fizz

R&B superstar Omarion and his ex-girlfriend Apryl Jones, used to be one of the most beloved couples on 'Love and Hip-Hop: Hollywood.' The two ended up splitting in 2016 after a lengthy relationship which included having two children together. Their fallout didn't go well as Jones ended up dating Omarion's former B2K label mate, Lil Fizz. This was perceived very negatively on social media as many believed that Jones was out of line and she knew how close Omarion was with Fizz before work wise.

Jones recently spoke with Voyage LA for a Mother's Day issue and the fallout with Omarion was a topic. It had sadly gotten to a point where she went through depression.

“I was in a really terrible space 2016, where I had just had my second child, and my son was only one at the time, and I was going through a terrible breakup with their father. “He decided to leave without explanation and I was forced to have to pick up the pieces of my life.”

The breakup left Jones in a bad mental state but she decided to pursue another endeavor more, which is radiation science.

"I went back to work doing what I graduated school with which was radiation science," added Jones. "I worked at MLK in Watts, CA. I was doing this for about 5/6 months until physically my body couldn’t take anymore. I ended up being sleep deprived and dehydrated from breastfeeding and not taking care of myself since my priority was my children. To provide and care for them all while forgetting to care for myself.

Jones ended up grinding it out with this job until she was able to have her own wine. This is location in Temecula, CA and she decided to name the wine Apryl Wines. She also wants the brand to be a form of women empowerment and to show that life should be lived to the fullest.

"I decided to quit the job and I saved up enough money to be able to do so. I was presented with a great opportunity to start my own wine by branding with a winery in Temecula, CA. I came up with the name A’mei La Vie because while being in such a terrible space, I just told myself all I want is a beautiful life."

Omarion, on the other had, seemed very nonchalant about Jones dating Fizz. He kept quiet for the longest as social media praised him for not entertaining pettiness.

"I was raised a little bit different than she was raised and I think that is really, at the end of the day, always a thing in relationships. It’s just miscommunication and different love languages. So that’s what I would really attribute it to. People grow and some people grow out of each other."

Omarion did take a small shot at Fizz and Jones though as last year, he took Fizz off of The Millennium Tour lineup on his birthday. He is still on good terms with Raz B though, the other member of B2K. Fellow cast member, Moniece Slaughter, disputed the rumors in January that Fizz and Jones broke up by saying they're very much still together.
