Tory Lanez's Girlfriend's Alleged Assault Victim Says 'See You In Court'

The woman accusing Tory Lanez’s girlfriend of assaulting her was spotted in a wheelchair and appears to be lawyering up.

According to reports, a police investigation has been launched after an incident involving Tory, his girlfriend/”Love & Hip Hop” star Kaylin Garcia and model Celina Powell. Kaylin happens to also be the ex of rapper Joe Budden.

Tory and Celina reportedly inside the same Miami condo building. Celina claims to have never met the rapper until Friday. She says he took issue to her making fun of his hairline on Instagram.

Celina claims she was outside the building when Tory approached her and tried to grab her phone.

Celina says she walked away from Tory but then encountered Kaylin who allegedly grabbed her from behind and threw her to the ground. She told police Kaylin tried to kick her on the ground, but she was quick to get up.

Celina accuses Tory and Kaylin of jumping into his white Bentley and taking off with the rapper’s bodyguard. According to the police report, the building’s surveillance footage shows Tory leaving in his Bentley but none of the alleged fight.

She says she blacked out during the alleged assault. Celina allegedly woke up with a ton of bruises on her back along with neck pain.

According to the police report, Celina refused medical attention at the scene but went to the hospital later in the day.

No arrests have been made but Tory’s version of events is much different than Celina. Sources close to him claim she approached him outside the building. The rapper claims she harassed him multiple times in the past.

Following the police report, Celina posted a video of her in a wheelchair captioned, “See you in court b*tch.” One person commented, "Was it kaylin Garcia?" while another asked "what happened?"
