Kate Beckinsale experienced high traffic on her Instagram last night. The 46-year-old actress and known flexibility queen updated her account from her L.A. quarantine on Saturday – the "Underworld" star whose legs are known to stretch every which way possible was going down the balletic route as she stretched it all out under the watchful eye of her pet entourage.

Seen further down, Kate's video showed her with her Pomeranian dog, Myf. The star – currently fronting media outlets for dating someone less than half her age – was using a high leather stool as her ballet barre, seen leaning forward to stretch her leg out, plus resting her bare foot on its edge to deliver a graceful port de bras. The wardrobe was definitely skimpy as the British beauty wore a tiny, white-piped pair of gray shorts, plus a spandex white sports bra. Opting out of music, Kate was listening to journalist Eamonn Holmes.

Racking up over 500,000 views overnight, the video appeared a hit, also bringing in a giant wave of comments – fans spotted the Judy Garland wall hanging in the backdrop. The star's age-defying body and energy was more than noticed, though as one fan wrote:

Kate is currently fronting media outlets for her new relationship with Canadian musician Goody Grace. The 22-year-old is just one year older than Kate's 21-year-old daughter Lily Mo Sheen. The new couple was spotted just this weekend on a grocery run in Los Angeles, with Kate seen adjusting her beau's face mask – the actress herself was also protected via the white equipment as she braved shoppers amid COVID-19.
Younger men are a bit of a thing for Kate. The star has dated 26-year-old SNL comedian Pete Davidson, 24-year-old Matt Rife, plus 30-year-old Brit Jack Whitehall.

Kate appears to have deleted the insanely-flexible quarantine yoga video she shared some weeks ago – her Instagram is, however, packed with both quirky and impressive workouts. 2019 saw the star squatting weights over a toilet as she trained with Kardashian-adored fitness coach Gunnar Peterson.
“I’m very connected to my body, so if I’m going to experience stress, I’m probably going to experience it physically,” Kate told Women's Health as she outlined a zero-stimulant diet that cuts out caffeine and alcohol.
