Kristin Cavallari Wants $5 Million From Jay Cutler To Buy This Tennessee Mansion

Kristin Cavallari’s is demanding Jay Cutler stop blocking their money and preventing her from moving out on her own during their divorce.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the reality star says being around Jay right now is too much. She asked him to release funds to let her move into a mansion nearby. In the docs, she claims he previously agreed to let her buy the pad.

The property at the center of the dispute is a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 6,911 sq. ft. home in Franklin, Tennessee

The property sits on 88 acres with 1 mile of river front property. The home was originally listed for $6.1 million in 2018 but has failed to find a buyer.

Jay is objecting to her request saying they have several properties where she could live. Kristin says this is another example of him trying to control her. A judge has yet to rule on the motion.

As The Blast first reported, the estranged couple is currently selling their massive 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom, 19,983 sq. ft. mansion in Nashville. They purchased the property for $5.3 million in 2012

The home has sat on the market for nearly two years and the asking price has been slashed down to $5,750,00. Kristin doesn’t want to live in this property because it lacks the internet.

After they put the Nashville home on the market the couple purchased a $4.2 million mansion nearby in Franklin, Tennessee.

The divorce battle seems to be heating up. Jay field for divorce on April 21, seeking joint legal and physical custody of their kids. Kristin responded with a counter-complaint for divorce seeking primary custody. She accused Jay of “inappropriate marital conduct” during their marriage. She wants a cut of his NFL retirement money and monthly child support.

Sources claim Kristin was “blindsided” by the divorce petition.
