Josh Richards was recently at the receiving end of a backlash from fans on Instagram. The 18-year-old social media personality and influencer did the most on Is tag ram and his fans are not happy about it.

Richards has been a TikTok and Instagram star for May years now and he has amassed thousands of fans on the platforms. Although his fans love him, even as a young personality, they would not be mute when he goes over the boards to annoy them.

Richards began an Instagram Live with Griffin Johnson in the late hours of Monday. Hundreds of fans trooped in on the conversation to have fun and give comments.

After a while, Richards pulled a stunt that not only out most of his fans in an uncomfortable spot, but made them spill their thoughts.

According to the Instagram Live captured by a lot of fans, the social media guru acted like his phone dropped from his hands, but the camera was still showing what was happening.

Suddenly, Richards pulled off his pants and acted like he was sitting directly on the surface of the phone. This gesture upset a lot of fans immediately, although some of them thanked Richards for giving them a perfect picture.

Many fans were upset because the 18-year-old knew that a lot of people were watching him, including underage kids. They also called him out because they believed his stunt was not reaching any young Instagram user the best thing. The backlash went on for a while and before long, a lot of people’s attention on Is Tehran was called to it.

When the arguments and comments started hitting off, Richards responded immediately, which only aggravated the situation.

“Stop, it’s over and Yo, kinda legendary tho.” He said.

At this point, fans were very annoyed at his response and continued to send criticism his way. The next day, Richards knew that he had upset a lot of people with his previous statement.

When he could not take the backlash anymore, he corrected his tone of speaking and apologized to everyone he may have hurt with his stunt.

Richards took to his Twitter page to set the situation straight with a profound apology to his fans and everyone who took offense with the video.

He acknowledged that what he did during his Instagram Live was uncalled for. He also went on to say that he had a responsibility towards his fans, especially the young ones looking up to and watching him.

Richards’ apology no doubt calmed the situation and fans who were angry with him found a way to forgive him.
