Perez Hilton has been called out on TikTok over his comments left about teenagers on the popular app. Although he has made no official comment in regards to the latest developments, most expect TikTok to address user complaints soon.
At the time of this writing, there are over 58,000 signatures on a Change.org Petition with a user making their case to have him permanently removed from the TikTok space.
Although most didn’t expect this to perform well, the petition has surprisingly garnered a large viewing and is expected to hit its goal of 75,000 signatures soon.

The internet hasn’t taken Perez’s comments well. Videos of teenagers singing and or dancing along to sensual songs prompted Perez to question whether these young people should be doing this on TikTok.
Along with his questioning about teens posting such videos, he also made mention in the comments that he found the videos arousing.
Social media blew up this week with people sharing how disgusted they were regarding Hilton’s comments.
While no comment was made over the petition, Perez did leave less-than-subtle comments in response to the criticism.

In response to people who think his content is too mature for TikTok, Perez has told readers to simply block him if they don’t want to see his posts or comments.
It should be noted here that Perez has posted ‘almost’ nude videos and has gotten banned from posting comments that violated certain guidelines in the past.
While Perez has said many times that TikTok treats users like ‘kids’ and that he hasn’t broken any rules, the community seems to disagree.
Perez is one of the most flamboyant influencers on the internet. His coverage of celebrity pop culture and news headlines are among some of the most controversial pieces today.
His followers expect nothing less than parodies, disgusting topics, and abnormalities. That’s not to see his followers don’t appreciate standard writing, but Hilton is well known to be anything but ‘normal’.
This has caused a polarizing effect wherever he posts content. The more mature audiences find him entertaining, but younger viewers often find him strange and off-putting.
One only has to see the comment section of his social media to see just that.
One aspect of Perez‘s life that never ceases to entertain is his family updates. One of his most recent included a hilarious rant with Perez detailing how he spent two hours looking for the TV remote control because his children ‘misplaced it’.
In the end, the controller was actually deep inside the couch, and he was forced to use security footage to find where it had gone. (Spoilers: The kids didn’t flush it down the toilet)
