Heather Rae Young has another 'baby update' for her three million followers!
Since the reality star and her husband, Tarek El Moussa, announced that they are expecting baby number one together, the former has not been shy about sharing her baby bump progress. To that end, the mom-to-be has told fans about her latest attempt to rid herself of pregnancy-induced fatigue and pains.
Heather Rae Young Deals With Pregnancy Fatigue
In a 33-second clip Heather uploaded to her Instagram Story, she is wearing a gray hooded outfit. Her blonde locks are pulled away from her slightly made-up face in a bun. After calling it a "baby update," the 35-year-old pointed out she was in her third trimester. She continued:
"I am feeling very fatigued, more than I have the whole pregnancy. Like, I could just get back in bed and sleep, but I am growing a human, right?"
Speaking about the latest on her sciatica nerve issues, Heather said, "Back pain [is] doing a little better. I've been doing physical therapy, and then I tried the acupuncture one. So, I'm gonna do acupuncture again. I'm a little nervous [because] it's like I've only done it one other time — years and years ago."
Despite that, she admitted that she was willing to keep going for the treatment as it was helpful. The "Selling Sunset" star concluded, "all's good. I go [sic] see baby boy today! So, I'm excited," before ending the recording.
As expected, she returned later to drop a sonogram image on her Story. Tagging her baby's father, telling the "Tarek's Flip Side" star, "He's all snuggled up." Heather's update comes barely a week after her last one.
The Blast reported that the previous clip featured the expectant mother sitting in a car that appeared to be parked within a lot. The "The Internship" actress looked radiant in her diamond studs and enormous white framed sunglasses.
The 40-second clip began with the former model acknowledging that her back pain prompted her to start weekly physical therapy. When that did not help, Heather turned to acupuncture for the first time, hoping it would change things. She claimed that while she was taking her fans' suggestions, "really nothing helps," adding:
"It seems like from all my moms I speak to, and a lot did not help until [the] baby came out. So, hoping that’s not the case ’cause it’s painful. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, but I’m hoping all these treatments I’m doing are gonna, at least, release some of the pain."
The Real Estate Agent Teases Look At Baby Nursery
The Blast reported last month that Heather had teased fans with her idea for her unborn baby boy's nursery. Shortly after the "Malibu Horror Story" actress put the finishing touches on the room, she provided four images featuring white painted walls on Instagram.
In the first slide, the serene-looking environment included a nude couch, a white cot, and a brown center carpet. The wall where the crib is positioned is designed with big gray leaf prints with a potted plant placed nearby.
The decor also included a wooden piece leaning on the wall, in-between a wall shelf and the cot. A swipe to the left showcased a second cot – a blue one, a chandelier, a single white seater, a footstool, wall shelves, and trees painted on the wall.
Meanwhile, the nursery in the last photo was minimalistic, with the neutral, plain, and leaf-patterned walls matching perfectly with the white cot next to it. A printed rug covered the room with a potted green plant decorating the corner close to the cradle.
Heather explained in the caption that although she had been away from home due to work, she had returned to meet the nursery almost finished. She mentioned that she had a "vision" she was working with — referring to the ideas she shared with her followers in August.
The passionate real estate agent, who has been having a lot of fun planning everything out, concluded, "None of these photos truly capture exactly what I'm going for, but there's definitely one in there that I love the vibe of… can you guess which one it is!? 1, 2, 3, or 4!?" Fans promptly took to the comments to make their best guesses.
