Julia Fox Was A Guest On Emily Ratajkowski’s Podcast
The actress is one of the first guests on EmRata’s new podcast “High Low with EmRata” and the two got to talking about sex because… why not? Fox, 32 shared that she is somewhat “desensitized” to sex because she used to be a dominatrix.
She admits to working in a “basement dungeon” at age 18, where she fulfilled fantasies for men, usually older. She didn’t love the job, in fact, she credits it for kind of ruining her sexually. She described it as “humiliating” leading her to “disassociate’ as a ‘survival mechanism.”
After a few years doing that, she came to belive that sex was not only “one-sided” leaning towards the men but also a “trivial” act to her, to this day.
Julia Fox Would Rather…
The former girlfriend of Kanye West shared that she would truly rather spend her time taking “ayahuasca and see God”.
“Sex for me always has been one-sided but I think all women can say that. So it’s like, if I don’t really need anything from you, I don’t see the point,” she claims. “I’m really desensitized to sex, too. Like it just, it’s not thrilling for me.”
This may come as a shock to fans (or haters) of Fox because she is often walking around in outfits that radiate sex. They are either missing key cover-up pieces or normally seen as something that would be worn undeath clothing.
All in the name of fashion though, something that Ratajkowski knows about all too well as a model actively working in the industry. However, her sex preferences are a lot different from the “Uncut Gems” actress.
Emily Ratajkowski Is DTF… In Some Situations
The model was quick to disagree with the actress saying, she “likes sex”. She went on to share, “I think when you’re sexualized so young, people think you’re really sexual,” she claims. Let’s not forget that at 18, the model was in the “Blurred Lines” music video with Robin Thicke. She became insanely famous after that for being sexy.
Fox on the other hand drew in fame after dating high-profile Kanye West and let him dress her up leading people to believe that she is a fashion muse to many. But it was way before that, that she realized that sex is “transactional”.
“I pretty much, in my teens, learned that I was a commodity and that I can get money or resources from men, so then it just became this game of, OK, how do I become more desirable so I could get more money and I could be like that b***h.”
Julia Fox And Emily Ratajkowski Gave Men The Power
The women agreed that in their lives that often gave men power over them but in the moment, they felt like they were in power.
“It’s still them giving me the power. It’s not my own power, you know? So it’s a humiliating kind of position to be in or humbling, rather. Especially when you’re not in it anymore and you look back and you’re like, “Oh my god, I can’t believe…”‘ she states.
The sex talk eventually stopped and moved on to her short but impactful relationship with West and her taste in fashion now that a man is no longer dressing her.
