Larsa Pippen knows that the strongest muscle in your body is your brain and it is important to train your mind… especially when NBA trolls are all up in your comments.
The fitness influencer shared a relaxing picture on Saturday and offered up one of her favorite quotes for her fans to ponder. Dressed for a casual morning workout, she posed in her backyard in a white sweatshirt, matching white sneakers, and tight blue workout shorts. It was a beautiful day in Los Angeles so Larsa woke up a little early to catch some good light for a photo shoot before it got too hot. She needed a relaxing weekend after defending her ex, Scottie Pippen after it was alleged that he was underpaid.

The 45-year-old bombshell has been focusing a lot of time on her fitness goals and her social media presence but she figured out that too much time online is never good. That’s why she shared a quote that helps her put things into perspective and she thought it might do the same for her followers and her trolls.
“Peace is the result of retraining your mind to process life as it is, rather than as you think it should be,” Larsa captioned her pic.
The quote is actually attributed to Dr. Wayne Dyer. His 1976 book “Your Erroneous Zones” became a best seller and launched his career as a motivational speaker and author. In fact, he goes by the nickname, “The Father of Motivation.”
One of Larsa’s short shorts pic recently became a hotbed for basketball fans arguing about the importance of her ex, Scottie Pippen to Michael Jordan‘s career. With all the hype surrounding the ESPN docuseries, “The Last Dance.”
“Scottie is an Assassin and without him Jordan doesnt get 6 titles and admits that,” one user wrote.
“That MJ and Scottie are the best players of all time!!” another wrote.
All the hubbub had to deal with the opinion that Pippen was underpaid for his time with the Chicago Bulls. She defended him by tweeting out a picture of his earning and said, “Thx for your concern Scottie did ok #TheLastDance.”

Perhaps Pippen needed to clear her mind because she has been longing for her life as it used to be before the new normal. On Friday, she shared a throwback pic where she looked amazing and was club-ready but in reality, she was stuck at home like the rest of us.
“Back then,” she captioned the shiny silver pic while referencing the good old times when we would go out on Friday night.
One sympathetic fan felt her pain, “Yes, back when we weren’t summoned under ‘house arrest’. Missing the hanging out with my gals ?? #normalcy.”
