It’s not out of the ordinary that she filed multiple trademarks for toys and clothing. She has filed multiple trademarks for all four of her children.

Kim and Kanye West share North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

The U.S. Sun reports the SKIMs creator filed the trademarks on November 1st.

The first of 12 trademark filings include "non-medicated skin care preparations; skin moisturizers; skin lotions; skin creams; skin cleansers" and other various cosmetics.

Kim isn’t the only Kar-Jenner sister that’s planning for her children to become business moguls.

Kylie Jenner filed to trademark “Stormi World” shortly after her daughter’s first birthday in 2019.

This past August, the Kylie Cosmetics creator filed three new trademarks for Stormi World.

According to the same outlet, the first of the three trademarks is for "advertising and endorsement services" to "promote the goods and services of others."

Much like Kim, Kylie trademarked items including "toy figures; doll accessories; dolls; drawing toys; infant toys; mechanical action toys; electronic action toys; play sets for action figures and soft sculpture toys” under “Stormi World.”

The third “Stormi World” trademark includes "coats; dresses; footwear; headwear; jackets; jumpers; loungewear; rompers; scarves; shirts; sweaters; undergarments; socks; hosiery; swimwear; cloth bibs; gloves; sleepwear; one piece garment for infants and toddlers and costumes for use in children's dress up play."

Kylie has trademarked several brands under her moniker including Kylie Cosmetics, Kylie Skin, Kylie Baby and Kylie Swim.

When Kylie initially launched Kylie Swim, many buyers and customers slammed the product for being “cheap.”

Orders came flooding in when Kylie Swim launched. Her products ranged from cutout one pieces, to sexy barely-there bikinis selling for an average of $85.00 a pop.

After getting their hands on the yellow Kylie Swim box, many users posted their reviews of the products to social media, more specifically TikTok.

They had LOT to say about so little material…

One swimwear designer named Jessica Anderson shared her review to TikTok and Reddit, and before even having tried the one-piece on, she pointed out that the material is so thin, you can actually see the Kylie Swim tag from the outside of the suit.

In addition to the material being super thin and barely covering anything, other reviews claimed the stitching was all out of whack and the material felt cheap.

Despite all the backlash, Kylie filed to “revive” the dead trademarks on July 25, 2022.

The reality TV star also filed to trademark “Kylie Swim by Kylie Jenner” and “Kylie Swim.”

The trademarks are for a clothing boutique, according to the description on the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
