Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright recently appeared on E!'s Just the Sip with Justin Sylvester, where the Vanderpump Rules couple shared his thoughts about the new additions to the Bravo reality series, including Dayna Kathan, Brett Caprioni, Danica Dow, Max Boyens, and Charli Burnett, revealing that while he has strong feelings about his co-stars, he didn't want to say too much because his mouth has been known to get him into trouble and he's already spoken ill of many of them.

After the five new cast members were added to Vanderpump Rules last summer ahead of filming on season eight, Taylor believes they came in hot.

"I’ve got to keep my mouth shut on how I feel about it because I get myself in trouble but I agree," he said after his wife expressed her thoughts that the newbies' entrance into the series was intense.

After Sylvester suggested that the newbies came onto the series as if they owned it, Taylor said, "They don’t."

"I think they’re trying really hard," Taylor explained. "We’ve been on the show for eight years where it just comes organically,"

According to Taylor, he believes the new people on the series may have tuned into past seasons of the show and learned to emulate things he and his co-stars did years ago.

"They’ve seen the show or they’ve seen shows on TV. They’re like, ‘Okay, maybe we should start a fight with somebody,’" he suggested. "And that’s just not how we roll. It’s very transparent. It’s very like, catty.”

“It’s weird. It’s kind of been full-force,” Cartwright said.

While Bravo appears to be doing their best to acclimate the newbies with the original cast members of the show, Taylor doesn't seem to think the dynamic works and believes the new cast members should instead have their own show.

”I think they should have their own thing and we should have our own thing because it really doesn’t make much sense. You’ve got about 10, 15 years age difference between some of these people," he explained.

According to Taylor, he doesn't dislike his new co-stars on Vanderpump Rules but he also doesn't have an interest in spending time with them because they're too young.

"What do I have in common with someone who’s 22-years-old?" he wondered. "It’s not that I don’t like them I’m just not going to hang out with somebody who’s 22. I’m not interested in that."

To see more of Taylor, Cartwright, and their co-stars, don't miss new episodes of Vanderpump Rulesseason eight on Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
