NBA fans know Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is a talented player. They also know he's got a humorous side with dad jokes and funny stories. He recently explained why he can't have everything in life, such as the ability to shoot threes.

In the hilarious video shared on Antetokounmpo's Instagram page, teammate Serge Ibaka says Antetokounmpo "thinks he's gonna win tonight." The power forward then replies, "I cannot have everything in life. I cannot be handsome, beautiful kids, beautiful wife, great family, great teammates, great coaching staff. Handsome. Athletic."

He then continued his hilarious argument by explaining how God keeps him humble. "I cannot have everything in life. I cannot make threes too. God had to keep me humble. God said, basically, cannot make threes. Can't shoot. Stay humble, my guy."

The Greek Freak Is Known For His Dad Jokes And Humorous Side

Antetokounmpo, 28, has quickly become one of the most beloved players in the NBA thanks to his basketball skills, but also his humor and down-to-earth attitude. He's become well known for his silly dad jokes and his relaxed snacking courtside when he's not playing. His fun-loving spirit can be seen all over his social media pages. They don't call him the "Greek Freak" for nothing!

In one recent video taken during a media interview after a game, Giannis' hilarious personality shines through when he gets distracted while answering a question. The video is appropriately captioned, "Sorry, I was distracted and hungry 🀣."

Viewers of the video jumped into the comments with their funny take on the distraction. One follower wrote, "just giannis being giannis πŸ‘‘," and another added, "This is why he’s the best in the world." Other comments included, "πŸ˜‚ this the definition of good vibes 🀣," "Got jokes ! Gotta love this guy πŸ˜‚," and "My favorite player in NBA πŸ”₯😍." 

Antetokounmpo's dad jokes are often a hit on social media as well as with reporters during interviews. And he doesn't seem to have a shortage of jokes to share and he will share them anytime, any place.

"Why did the movie director get kicked out of the bar?" he asked. "Because he made a scene." The Bucks commented, "πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚" One viewer wrote, "Protect Giannis at all cost πŸ˜‚," and another said, "Giannis and his jokesπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚."

Giannis Antetokounmpo Has Played On The Bucks Since He Was Drafted In 2013

Born and raised in Athens to Nigerian immigrants, the NBA star began playing basketball for youth teams before playing for a senior team in 2011. He entered the NBA draft in 2013 where he was selected 15th overall by the Bucks. He's been playing there ever since and helped the Bucks become champions in 2021 for the first time since 1971. He was named Finals MVP and was honored as one of the league's greatest players of all-time being named to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team.

Earlier this year, Disney+ released a movie based on his family's lives and their rise to fame called "Rise." WhatsApp also released a short film based on his life called, "Naija Odyssey." The film is only 12-minutes long but focuses on Antetokounmpo's life.

Antetokounmpo is dad to two sons, Liam, 2, and Maverick, 1, with girlfriend Mariah Riddlesprigger. The couple does a lot of charity work and recently teamed up with the Milwaukee Diaper Mission to help fundraise to be able to expand the mission's programming.
