Carrie Underwood has a lot to celebrate right now. The 37-year-old country singer, clothing designer, and "Find Your Path" author has already made headlines amid the COVID-19 pandemic as sales of her March 3-released book soar – the diet and exercise book also comes accompanied by the Fit52 app that early downloaders dubbed addictive.
The 15 million reps recently celebrated weren't solely down to Carrie. The "Southbound" singer appeared in a photo posted to the Fit52 Instagram recently – the muscle-flaunting snap was marking the app's users and their combined efforts. Not bad for an app that only just launched.

The photo (seen below) showed Carrie photographed indoors and on the floor as she stretched out her gym-honed body in a yoga pose. Seen in powder-blue spandex leggings and a matching tank that showed off the blonde's sculpted and defined shoulders, the "American Idol" winner was proving that she's a muscle machine – Carrie is also a mom of two, having welcomed 1-year-old son Jacob in January 2019.
A caption fro Fit52 used muscle emoji to celebrate #Fit52Facts. Replies saw users straight-up call the app "the best fitness app available."

Carrie's super-healthy diet – keep scrolling for the details – didn't always come as balanced as it is today. The star recently opened up to Women's Health regarding a starvation period following her 2005 "American Idol" win. After reading online message board trolls writing: "Carrie's getting fat," the singer began checking food labels, logging her time on the elliptical, and dropping her daily calorie intake to just 800. The average woman requires 2,000 calories per day.
Carrie has been keeping up the fitness on her Instagram amid the global pandemic – she was recently joined by 2010-married husband Mike Fisher for a home gym sweat session.

Carrie also revealed to Women's Health how she fuels her body. Kicking off to a healthy start, Carrie's breakfasts will include egg-white or tofu scrambles, berries, Ezekiel bread, plus coffee. Lunch can be Tofurky sandwiches with mustard and veggies, with Carrie easily whipping up a vegan chicken stir-fry for dinner – the singer has called herself a "wannabe vegan."
Snack-wise, Carrie keeps her energy up with a protein bar or a green smoothie. She has, however, admitted to microwave burritos, plus a wine indulgence while watching "The Bachelor."

“If I can work out seven days a week—which doesn’t happen, but if I can—I’m going to,” Carrie said, adding: “Because the next week, I might get two days.”
“I have to set goals for myself," she continued: "Every 15 minutes I’m going to hit 1.25 miles, then by the end of an hour I’ll have run 5 miles,."
Carrie juggles her blossoming fitness business with her 2015-founded Calia by Carrie athleisurewear line, stellar music career, marriage, and status as a mom to Isaiah and Jacob.
