Actor Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria Baldwin welcomed another daughter into their family on September 22, raising the number of Baldwinitos in their household to seven.
In a recent Instagram post, the yoga instructor decided to share a video showing her trying to get her strength back after her latest pregnancy by doing push-ups and it looks like the "30 Rock" actor couldn't hold back a cheeky response!
Alec Baldwin Has A Cheeky Response To Hilaria Baldwin Doing Push-Ups!
After admitting that she was confused between an Instagram reel and a video post, Hilaria decided to share a short video clip of her doing push-ups on Instagram while the family cat crawls around her. Hilaria then gets down on her knees herself as she crawls toward the camera.
“Push-ups are intimidating,” Hilaria admitted. “I'm working on getting stronger, postpartum…I like to mix full push-ups with modified push-ups. I make tiny bends in the arms with full and then deeper ones with modified.”
“Little by little, with these two ranges of movement, strength comes,” she continued. “It’s all about keeping the core strong and the form good. Have fun! And maybe you have a nosey cat like I do 🤣✨ alternate 5 of each 🤍.”
Alec commented, “All the way down.” Hilaria shot back, “I just had a baby…next time you do push-ups I’m gonna stand on your back, oh strong one 🤬.” Fans seemed amused by the encounter, with one fan writing, “ LOL😂😂😂😂.”
“Love you and your cats 😻,” another follower chimed in. “Get it mama! 🔥🔥,” another fan wrote. “Crushing it,” a third fan chimed in.
Alec Likes Snapping Photos Of The Two Sleeping Together!
In another recent Instagram post, Hilaria admitted that Alec Baldwin likes to take photos of the two sleeping together.
"My husband takes pics of us when we sleep…used to make me roll my eyes. But cosleeping with my babies during their first year has been one of my favorite things of being a mother," she wrote in the caption. "So thank you @alecbaldwininsta for documenting ✨💛."
Fans loved the sweet snap, with one fan calling it a “beautiful motherhood moment.” Another follower chimed in, “I missed the co-sleeping so much, it was one of my most favourite things. You’re a beautiful Mama❤️.”
In a follow-up Instagram post, Hilaria shared another sweet photo of the two sleeping side-by-side on the bed in the same pose. “We synchronize sleep 🤣. Another Alec photo moment,” she wrote in the caption before she got candid about breastfeeding.
“When the baby is born, I begin pumping, right before I feed them,” she wrote. “I pump only 3 min. Nothing comes out at the beginning. I almost always pump before I feed. Even if the baby is fussy. 3 min pass and then I can feed baby.”
“I do this for days. Eventually I start producing milk into the bottles,” she continued. “I try to pump every hour or two. But just for 3 min. If I pump after I feed the baby (which was advice I received), it’s frustrating and I don’t get milk. The body responds differently to the pump than to the baby. And the baby can get a second let down better than the pump.”
“This is how I get my storage up. I am no lactation specialist or endorsing anything,” she added. “Just sharing what I do and what I’ve learned from trial and error and success feeding 7 babies. It might sound stressful to pump so often (I even wake up at night 2-3 times to pump), but what I’ve found for my body is that the frequency teaches my body to produce milk in shorter time. I prefer to pump more times for shorter periods than fewer times for longer sessions. In case this helps you or a friend, pass it along ✨.”
“I use pump and style medela. Nanobebe storage bags. Some friends have started this not with a newborn, and it worked for them too…idea is patience for a week or two,” she went on. “Yes, I drink Gatorade when I breastfeed. Never thought little yoga organic me would, but it helps me so much to stay hydrated. I also drink tons of water and coconut water.”
Her fans and followers are definitely grateful for the advice, as many thanked her for sharing her latest postpartum journey with them.
