Dr. Pimple Popper -- Watch The 'Cauliflower' Filled Cyst Squirt All Over The Place!

Dr. Pimple Popper is famous for using the black sharpie to map out exactly where she is going to squeeze a massive cyst, and this she is so right on the money, this cheek bursts wide open with pouring all over the place!
"Just got to pinch those cheeks! ?" Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the new video.
In the clip, she uses the good ol' slice and dice method to open this monster up and you won't believe the amount of gunk that is waiting on the other side!
"When you see pimples outlined with a sharpie you know it’s gonna be a good pop! ??" a fan agreed as the doctor started to open it up!
As you can see, she is so precise on the slice you can't even tell it open...until she squeezes!
Of course, when she does the thing lights up and blasts all over the place!!
