After months of dog murder, allegations of abuse, and struggles with child protective services, Teen Mom alum Jenelle Evans has reunited with her husband, David Eason. She explained in an Instastory on March 21st that they were trying to be a couple again:
“Yes, me and him are deciding to work it out right now and uh, we’re taking it slowly.”
She told a fan during a YouTube Q&A:
“A lot of things have changed. Me and him have decided to just remain positive no matter what and if we have an issue, we really need to talk it out. I wanna’ tell you guys that David has never abused the children, he has never abused me.
We have always had disagreements and those disagreements would turn into big arguments and this is the reason why I decided to go back home and work out my relationship because ultimately, this is for my family.”
Evans announced that she would be partnering with Cameo and filming personalized videos for $75 a pop, claiming that it was to raise money for charity.
“I teamed up with the app @BookCameo to donate 100% of the money to the @nokidhungry Foundation! This will be for today (04/17) and tomorrow (4/18). Let’s see how much money we can raise to help out all the kids in America during this crisis!”
However, tons of people on Twitter pointed out that it was likely a scam.

Not only is Evans advertising videos, but Eason is also getting in on the venture, claiming to be an “influencer” and charging $49 a video. He said in a promo video, making a reference to Tiger King:
“Hey there all you cool cats and kittens. I’m excited to do some shoutouts for you guys if you want to hit me up. Give a shoutout to your boyfriend, your husband, your Grandpa, your Grandma, all of them…holla at your boy. Cannot wait to talk to you guys.”
People were quick to call out the scam online, posting about the reality TV couple online.
“INFLUENCER????? Wtf. I guess anyone can say they’re influencers these days. I should start calling myself one”
“INFLUENCER?!?! Hahahaha David you ain’t influencing nobody except for the US Secret Service and CPS to do a welfare check on your swamp”
“But, but but…..he hates the camera & didn’t want to be on Teen Mom”
“@BookCameo I have booked talent on your App many times. But this is too much… How are you allowing a dog killing, homophobic racist to get paid on your platform? Here’s some news about David Eason. David was fired from MTV for being all of those things. Then his wife Jenelle Evans was fired for staying with him. He said he’d slap the shit out of his kid if it’s was #trans”
It’s safe to say that wherever this couple goes, drama is sure to follow.
