While their breakup announcement didn’t give any details as to why they decided to go their separate ways, a source with inside information does have the details and is spilling the tea.

On November 2nd, The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported that Messer’s ex-fiancé “did everything he could” to prevent Messer from telling the full story.

A source told the outlet that the 26-year-old was unfaithful to the MTV star.

The U.S. Sun reported that Jaylan was accused of cheating on the mother-of-three. Messer reportedly “saw material suggesting he was unfaithful.”

Ashley’s source revealed there’s “definitely more” to the breakup that has remained under wraps and there’s a massive price tag attached to it.

"Jaylan does not want the full story getting out there," the source stressed. "He did everything he could to keep Leah from going public with the story."

Jaylan Made Her Sign An NDA; Does NOT Want Full Story Out There

He ensured Messer wouldn’t spill the entire pot of tea by forcing her to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Messer had discussed the breakup and behind the scenes details with a friend and Jaylan on “Teen Mom 2.”

"She filmed a few times about the breakup, once with a friend and once with Jaylan, but the only thing Leah was allowed to say on-camera was that she signed an NDA and couldn’t really discuss it," the source said.

Messer’s incentive to sing the NDA was her $500k mansion. The former couple purchased the West Virginia home in April.

"He agreed to sign the house over on the condition that Leah sign an NDA and not discuss the reason behind their breakup,” the source explained. "As long as Leah agrees to keep it quiet, legally, everything will move forward to her having the house in her name only."

The home is still in Jaylan’s name only, but that is expected to change one Messer settles up on paying back thousands in unpaid taxes.

"He did ‘surprise’ her by finding and choosing that house, but the way he presented it [on social media] made it sound like he bought the house for her, and that’s not really what happened,” the insider explained of the purchase, adding: "The money came from Leah."

Due to Messer’s financial struggles her name is not on the deed.

“Leah wouldn’t have been able to get the loan due to her tax issues. That’s why it was just in Jaylan’s name," the source shared. "His name will still be on the deed until she can refinance the house in her name only, but she has to take care of her tax debt before she can do that.”

This agreement was made through an attorney.

Last month, Messer told fans to “stop trippin’ and insisted she and Jaylan were “solid.”

“While y’all are tripping on what the reason for the breakup is, we’re solid,” she tweeted. “Refocusing and transitioning into better days ahead of us.”
