'Teen Mom' Mackenzie McKee Shows Instagram How Yoga Pants Splits Equals 'Morning Reading'

Mackenzie McKee isn't spending COVID-19 stuffing her face with Pringles on the couch. The "Teen Mom OG" star whose side gig includes running her Body by Mac brand took to Instagram over the weekend with a particularly flexible position that seemed, for her, a breeze.

The 25-year-old has been making headlines as she social distances with kids Gannon, Jaxie, and Broncs. While a recent share saw the Oklahoma native "not touching a thing" during an abandoned park outing with 3-year-old Broncs, her Saturday stories were about a little "me" time.

Mackenzie's photo (seen below) showed her on a wooden floor and with natural daylight pouring over her. The mom of three had her eyes glued to a book in front of her, seen seated in the splits as she rocked a gray pair of yoga pants, plus a girly pink hoodie. Appearing to experience zero struggle with the position, Mackenzie delivered ordinary vibes as she wrote:

"I've been working on my flexibility. So now I start my morning reading my book in the splits [cry-face emoji]. Work on yourself EVERY DAY."

As "Teen Mom OG" makes headlines for plummeting ratings – the MTV franchise's show fronted media outlets this weekend as drops of 100,000 viewers since the season premiere saw fans dub the show "boring" – Mackenzie is coming out on top.

March 31 saw The Blast document Mackenzie's fans telling her that her story line is "the only one worth watching." Eyebrows continue to be raised over troubled cast member Amber Portwood, with some fans stating that they'd be done watching unless Amber was fired.

Mackenzie has been posting both up-to-date and throwback content amid coronavirus. While a video of the star dancing in a mustache-complete Joe Exotic outfit shouting out Netflix series "Tiger King" proved an up-to-date deal, Mackenzie has been sharing snippets of the good old days.

A stunning photo of Mackenzie striking a yoga pose on beach sands as she flaunted her ripped frame in a black bikini had fans querying just how she's pushed out three kids. The workout updates seem to be the secret, although Mackenzie does also credit her figure to the Boom Bod weight loss brand she fronts.

"Teen Mom" fans will be familiar with Mackenzie having lost her mother Angie Douthit in December 2019 – Angie's battle against lung cancer proved both high-profile and tragic. A March 30 update came with mentions of Angie.

"My mom helped me create my first big program and was always proud of me. However, when things would go wrong, expensive equipment would break, or programs wouldn’t sale as expected, I WOULD FREAK! I would go to her and cry," McKee wrote, adding:

"If I was in a money bind, I would panic. I wasn’t happy unless I was successful and one day she told me......

“Sis, money and success isn’t where true happiness is found. In the end it won’t even matter."
