Gisele Bündchen & Tom Brady Made Out Like Millionaire Bandits Following Divorce!

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady had a very amicable split on all fronts.
The famous couple finalized their divorce on Friday, October 28th, following months of spending time apart and rumors of an impending separation.
The couple went through their divorce rather quickly, and that is all thanks to their “ironclad prenup.”
According to a new Page Six report, the couple went into the marriage individually wealthy but that wealth multiplied when they tied the knot.
Tom & Gisele Had A Prenup Going Into Their Marriage
However, both parties made sure to keep their individual business affairs separate from one another.
A source told the outlet, “There was an ironclad prenup set down before they married in 2009. They both have their own separate business entities, so the separation of their wealth wasn’t that complicated in the end. The only other major factor was dividing up their massive property portfolio.”
The Tampa Bay Buccs QB will reportedly keep his $17 million mansion that is currently under construction on the “billionaire’s bunker” Indian Creek Island in Miami, FL. Gisele and Brady bought the property in 2020 and demolished it.
Tom Gets To Keep His Mansion & Gisele Bought Two New Homes
The former VS supermodel on the other hand recently purchased a “modest” three-bedroom and three-bathroom home in Miami for $1.25 million.
Sources believe she will use that property as an office.
Gisele has also bought another larger home in the area and she will keep their Costa Rica home.
She took their children there for vacation over the summer while the ex-couple was going through their separation.
Brady and Gisele have other homes in the Bahamas, Montana and a New York City apartment.
The NYC pad is where Gisele has been staying amid their split.
Their divorce documents are confidential, but sources report the former dynamic duo will share joint custody of their children Benjamin (12) and Vivian (9).
Brady’s son, Jack (15), from a previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan is not included in the custody agreement.
Tom Reportedly Tried Everything To Make Marriage Work
The Blast recently reported the Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB never wanted to end his marriage to the supermodel.
The source exclusively told PEOPLE, TB was prepared to do “whatever it took to make things work.”
“This was not Tom’s idea,” the source said about the couple’s decision to divorce, before doubling down, “This was never Tom’s idea.”
Despite coming out of retirement against his wife’s discretion, the football star “wanted to do whatever he needed to do to fix things” with Gisele.
PEOPLE’s source was insistent that Tom “didn’t want the divorce and he didn’t want the marriage to end.”
He was reportedly “willing to go to therapy, marriage counseling… whatever it took to make things work.”
Both Tom and Gisele attended a mandatory “Parent Education and Family Stabilization” course before finalizing the end of their marriage.
Gisele Felt Unseen & Unheard
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Tom completed the course on October 25th and Gisele completed it the following day on the 26th.
Tom “didn't want the kids to have divorced parents; he wanted to work this out,” per PEOPLE.
He attempted to “make things work, and to make things right,” but his supermodel wife felt that “it was a little bit too little, too late.”
