Model Jen Selter is working up a sweat in a bright orange thong!

The fitness influencer is ready to embrace another month of fitness and provided some valuable motivational tools to help her followers reach their own fitness goals.

Jen Selter Loves Working Up A Sweat In A Bright Orange Thong!

On Thursday morning, the 29-year-old fitness enthusiast got candid about how she started her fitness journey in a short Instagram video, set to the tune of BodyWorx’s “No Pain No Gain.” The brief clip featured her doing a variety of exercises in an orange sports bra, matching thong, baseball cap, and bright orange sneakers with a white toe. In the video, she grabs a pair of bright green dumbbells and performs such compound exercises as a squat to frontal raise, squat and shoulder press, lateral leg lift, matching crunches, jumping jacks, and cross-body punches.

“Want to begin working out but don’t know where to start?” Jen asked. “That used to be me! I would find all of the excuses in the book. I started my fitness journey over 10 years ago and, wow, looking back time flies. Here are 3 things that helped me to get to where I am today.”

“Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince!  Too tired? Push yourself even if it’s just for 5-10 minutes. Don’t know what to do? Find a program to follow or different Instagram workout videos!” she wrote. “Don’t be afraid to ask questions! You’ve got to tell yourself, I CAN DO THIS because YOU CAN. Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you. If you throw away your excuses, you’ll be on the right track!”

“Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going! Making a habit of working out is so important! It needs to be a part of your weekly schedule,” she continued. “Get yourself a workout journal and start writing out a plan for the week or follow a workout program to hold you accountable. If you find you have the most energy in the morning, wake up early and get that sweat in before you go to work! Even if you start off with just 2-3 days a week, that’s amazing!!”

Jen’s last piece of advice? “Never give up and remember results don’t happen overnight. You need to fall in love with the feeling of working out, and the results will come!  Write down small goals and start from there. Consistency is key.”

Although the New York native loves to post workout videos, she is also a massive foodie who loves whipping up recipes to share with her 13.5 million Instagram followers. On Friday, she took to Instagram to share her recipe for Fluffy Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Mousse.

“Craving something chocolatey?” Jen asked. “Try out this fluffy whipped Greek yogurt dessert/snack, topped with your fav fruits!!” This time, she didn't forget to share the amount of each ingredient with her followers!

To make this recipe, all fans need to do is blend together 2/3 cup plain Greek-style low-fat yogurt, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder or collagen powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar-free syrup, and add toppings like raspberries, strawberries, or chocolate chips.
