A video of Phoebe dancing to Pharrell Williams’ “Happy” with her humans has been viewed more than 21 million times. In the video, Phoebe jumps up and down, shakes her fluffy booty and really shows her great dance moves on beat. She’s able to stay on her hind legs for a good period of time before taking a mini dance break.
