Britney Spears Lights Up Instagram In Skimpy Balcony Dance To 'Genius' Ex Justin Timberlake

Britney Spears straight-up set Instagram ablaze today. The 38-year-old pop icon took to the platform with a sun-drenched, scantily-clad balcony dance from her California quarantine location – Instagram didn't need to figure out that the song was ex Justin Timberlake's as the "Toxic" singer gave a shout-out to her former boyfriend in her caption.

Adorably for many, the blonde also stated that this was her "version" of Snapchat "or TikTok or whatever you're supposed to do these days." Whatever Britney was doing, she was doing it right, though, with Instagram going fully wild.

Britney's video (seen below) showed her in pure fire mode. The mom of two had been filmed working her super-fit, ripped body to Justin Timberlake's "Filthy" – no two ways about it, Britney was looking like a bombshell.

Super-tiny white shorts showing off the singer's sexy hips and taut abs came paired with a strapless white crop top with puff sleeves – also flashing her red bra and wearing her signature blonde hair in a ponytail, Britney delivered her sex appeal to the max.

A caption from Britney shared more.

"This is my version of Snapchat or TikTok or whatever the cool thing you're supposed to do these days ????!!!!! As you can see I’m not really dancing folks …… I’m just very bored ?. The video racked up over 100,000 views in under 30 minutes.

The video quickly brought in a comment from Iranian personal trainer boyfriend Sam Asghari.

"Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, even MySpace was inspired by you," he wrote.

As to Britney's 23.9 million followers, they went fully wild.

"Unbelievable! I love you deeeeeeaaaaadddddd," one fan wrote.

"BRITNEY TALKING ABOUT JUSTIN????? WHAT????" was another comment.

"Queen of taking pity in failing artists" was a more hurtful comment mentioning the 39-year-old singer who has, himself, made headlines for relationship reasons of late with wife Jessica Biel.

Some comments did come in asking if Britney was doing okay – the singer's social media has sparked mental health concerns this year.

Britney made headlines this week for addressing the level of scrutiny she's been receiving on her social media.

"By posting whatever the heck I want ?????? !!!! If I want to post a picture with the same outfit three times … I will do so and take note from @Beyonce because I am FLAWLESS ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ !!!! But seriously …. keep your mean comments to yourselves ?," she wrote, having added above it:
